I agree... I'd rather see Schilling/Arroyo for us tonite and have to deal w/ Leiber... hopefully beat him up enough that he's out of there early and face the rest of the trainwreck the Yanks call a bullpen.

Well, the Yankees are going to bunt tonight. I read in an article somewhere on my computer at home. I'm looking for the article right now.

Says Jeter is going to look to bunt on the first play of the game for the yanks.

Like Boston wouldn't think that? Quite sure they've went over the gameplan on that already.

Because he makes those around him better...I mean, with a $200M payroll, you need somebody to elevate all these multiple-time All-Stars to their next level.

How can anyone NOT cheer for him?

They really need some runs early this game if they want to win. The longer the game is tied or even close, the bigger the advantage the Yankees have.

EDIT: Good thing they start Bellhorn for his offense instead of Pokey Reese.

I love hearing Yankee "fans" cheering for eventual fly outs.

You guys are absolutely right about Bellhorn. My earlier post was hoping for the force of wind from a swing and miss to knock El Duque out of Game 7. Even though it was a DP, I'm elated that he at least he made contact.

We're really missing Todd Walker's bat this October.

If we keep this going, my name would be in the OT Glossary soon!

But yeah, I was right about Bellhorn too.
