Shots to show accuracy:
Just working as hard as I can to make OOTP more real life for any feeder league die hards such as myself. If you like these and use them, leave some thanks man. I've posted near 600 posts, with near 500 being uniform sets and no one leaves thanks. Yet this post has over 10000 views. I mean come on man, let's give this post some love. All the fictional threads get mass love, yet these uni's are all drawn up as close to life as I possibly can, these real life have guidelines I follow. If all I have are a bunch of users who can't be bothered to freaking click on a thanks button when copying these, then I'm better off just hording these than sharing them with a bunch of contrite lazy users. If you're offended, go suck an egg. To those who have left thanks, I continue for you. But to the others, why don't you get off your lazy ass and contribute a uni or two too this thread. Yeah I said it. My patience is wearing thin on this thread. It would be one thing if people were appreciative of modders work, but this OOTP community is one of the most ungrateful using group of gamers I have almost ever seen. So few guys producing mass quantities of something unique for a bunch of lazy users, no intention to give back, just use, and these lazy users can't even be bothered to leave a simple thanks. Check my history, To Robo, and others, I leave thanks. It's so simple yet so hard for a lot of these people in this community. The thanks button is there for a reason. I'll rant all day because I honestly don't care if the users are offended. I'll say thank you all day to the Justafan and the Online Jersey and Cap Creator, this thread is dedicated to your dedication to create these programs that allow me to post this work. |

I'm glad I found this thread, this is something I've wanted to do for years but, never had the time to get around to doing(working 60 hours a week doesn't leave a lot of time for stuff lol.)
Can't wait for you to do more of the CIF Southern Section, you got a few of my Alma Mater's rivals already, Riverside schools, Temecula, and Murrieta. Just waiting on my Temescal Canyon Titans =P |

I appreciate all your thanks, I have a lot going on too, but I really enjoy doing these sets, it's a challenge I'm addicted to now. Sorry about your Temescal Canyon Team, I know of Lake Elsinore and used to love the drive on the Ortega Highway out of the basin the city sits in. It's been a long time since I have been there, but to show my gratitude for your thanks I threw together a quick set for your school. It was really difficult to find the exact Twins font they use, so I scrounged up as close as possible I could. I'll try to throw together a home set, but the Vikings are on here in a minute. Thanks again, hope these work for the time being so you can get them going against their rivals. |

Its great to hear you know of the area, a shame that the Holy Fire back in August burned a good part of the Cleveland National Forest. As much as we need rain here, rain would mean potential mudslides for that side of the lake bit of a double edge sword. Anyways back to positive things. These sets are great, appreciate you throwing one together for my school so quickly! I look forward to more. |

I apologize for not getting you a complete set on your Temescal Canyon team. I literally saw your post this evening an hour before the game, and felt obligated to throw together a set. I have a standard of at least 8 players going onto baseball after high school for the teams I create, but when it comes to California, at least 40% of teams have had at least 20 players fit that criteria. But more than anything, in my own OOTP league I am trying to create a HS feeder league of about 1800 teams, and the ones I create for my league I feel I should leave my work for others to use. If I had unlimited time, it wouldn't be far off the mark to create 1000 California HS teams for OOTP based on the talent that comes out of the state. So I set together a list of over 200 teams I'll create for OOTP feeder leagues. I have no problem creating teams based on request, I'll just have to do them as time allows. Sorry to hear about the fire. I was born in Santa Monica, my mom's family being LA residents since the '20's, lived in Fallbrook, Mission Viejo, Inglewood, El Segundo, all in all about 10 years, had family in Dana Point with friends that lived in Lake Elsinore, but that was 12 years ago, and last time I was in California was 2012. I miss the place dearly, and half the time in my dreams there is always a California vibe. What I do know is that the fire's never seemed to be so intense as I read about nowadays. I will always remember the Cleveland National Forest, back in '98, my uncle and I drove up the trail to the top of Santiago Peak. Talk About A View! It was amazing how small Orange County looked from up there. And I'll never forget Caspers Park and the big mountain lion scare there in the late '80's, when that girl got dragged off into the bush. Made you scared to step outside even is suburbia! Either way, I'll get you a more refined set for your Temescal Canyon team in the next few days. |
