Sounds like more than 2-3 weeks to me, muscle problems (at best) that got worse after his first start in 10 days. This is a completely uneducated guess, but my bet is that he doesn't pitch again this year. Just to be on the safe side.

EDIT: After reading more it appears maybe I'm just a little overly pessimistic. At least I hope so.

Maybe we'll have our new Dusty Kielmohr in Fransiscatt Liriarza (Matisco Gariano).

Great outing by our best pitcher () tonight. Good to see the Twins hold onto that win.

Has Chicago learned the true destiny of Gload?

Rabe plays, Twins win again...hmmm...he is no Ross Gload because his team actually wins!

Rabe is king, Gload is knuckle head!

WOOOOOO!!

JUSTIN MORNEAU becomes the first player since 1987 to hit 30 HRs for the Twins. He also goes over 100 RBIs and the TWINS WIN!!! TWINS beat the Tigers and win the series.

WOOOOOO!!!

great season for Minnesota, too bad that they're going to just miss though. I dont' think they have the pitching now to outlast a charge from Boston or Chicago

Morneau winning the MVP was a topic on PTI today on oddsmakers..... 10% was about it... but just being mentioned is cool.

That's awesome. I didn't even think he was a candidate.

Ummm...everyone in the league is a candidate. Some more than others. When you are just one of three guys with 100+ RBIs, over 30 HRs and a batting average in the mid-.300s, you're gonna be a pretty good choice.

I think everyone is disappointed with that performance.
