Whats the cheapest anybody has seen FM2007 for ? Amazon have it at £24.99, at the moment that's probably the most I'd pay for it.

I haven't looked for it as I doubt I will buy it, even moreso after seeing that the Bundesliga may well be dropped due to "licence issues".

I was looking for around £22 as my cut off point but if the Bundesliga isn't in it then most I'd pay is £15, the rrp os I think around £35 you'd have to be insane to pay that much. Have you played Championship Manager ? Just going to DL the demo see what it's like, does it only have the British leagues or can you play in leagues around the world ?

I would say there are, but after reading about two year ago's debacle where the release date kept being put back and the game engine was so bad you may as well have rolled two dice to get the results as they would have been more predictable I haven't took any interest in CM.

Just had a quick look and CM2007 is worse than FM2007 looks like I'm sticking with FM2006.

Ditto on the last part. I haven't tried either demo.

For me it is sad reading through the CM forums as it seems that the reason FM doesn't have certain leagues is that CM has an exclusive deal with that league and vice versa.

It's sad to see that CM has that league that I'm after and the French league licensed, but don't have others (such as MLS and A-League).

Makes you wonder what really goes on behind the scenes when they sign these contracts with leagues, doesn't it?

Maybe one day the games companies will actually think about the games players, probably not in my lifetime but who knows miracles do sometimes happen.

Have you seen Garth Crooks team of the week ? Either he was smoking something or every forward this week had a really bad game, he has Saha in his line up who played a poor Wigan team and still would only rate a 6 out of 10 imo.

Well he's playing 4-3-3, so you need a bit of diversity to play that system.

Mexican soccer pretty much sux. And they are also our rivals so why would Americans want to watch? And unfortunatly we get a million Mexican League matches a week on various Spanish languages channels to the exclusion of all else doesnt help my mood.

I mean why are Five US showing drag racing (I mean who watches it?

As Five US started ? and does it just run between certain hours ? sure it said it was on channel 35 on freeview but on 35 it's ITV Play and I looked through the other channels last night at work and couldn't find it.

You need to rescan your box.

EDIT - it is on air between 4pm and 1am.

Yeah I was just looking it's on between 4pm-1am, the box we have at work scans automatic but only does it around 2-3am reason I know this as I've missed many big plays baseball and football wise

should be on tonight then but it's football night so probably wont see much of it tonight.
