Found this photo of "Sunny Jim Williams" in a book about Boston's boxing heritage, but there isn't much detail to pin him down. He could be the MW/LHW from Cleveland who fought in the US and a few times in Australia. The years seem about right. But the one fight of his they mention from a Boston newspaper article doesn't show up in the record on Boxrec.

Johnny Miller HW Detroit. Managed by Mike McNulty. This one hit me for some reason. Here's a guy turns pro in 1932 and in his very next fight, less than a year later, he's fighting for the Michigan State HW title. Two fights later (a 4 and an 8 rounder), in 1934, he's fighting the light heavyweight champion of the frikkin' world Maxie Rosenbloom! What was going through the brain of this guy's manager? By the next year, he's losing regularly and by 1938 he's washed up. Got to wonder what the story was behind this.
