I'm actually not sure.... I just noticed it and figured that was the way things were supposed to be!

EDIT: The feeder league set up is like this:

College League - Feeds ML
Junior College (which was created as a HS league, just with different age limits) - Feeds College League
HS League - Feeds ML

I have found players who were in the HS league and then played for college teams, including ones who were eligible to be drafted. However, it would be very tedious to find players who played JUCO then went on to college.

Now here's a question: How do you add HS or College teams to the feeder leagues? When I try to do it, it automatically creates a feeder league with the same number and configuration of teams as in the ML. Let's say in a ML with 24 teams, how do I create a feeder league with more than that many teams?

Okay here is a question... I've never done a feeder, but I'd like to add HS-JuCo-College leagues to the world that I'm setting up... What order and settings do I use to make the players go from Hs through college (if they aren't drafted out of hs). Also, can you create 2 college leagues that feed to 2 different Major Leagues? For example I created the IBL to run as a rival to the MLB, but can I create like a Division 2 College league that will feed into the IBL draft, and also D1 colleges to feed the normal MLB draft?

Ideally I'd like to make it so that the D2 colleges produced less talented players, but I'm pretty sure that isn't possible either.

It appears my league, during the off season, did some sort of balancing for offense/defense, but it also appears to have skewed WAY the other way. I like it, it's going to balance career numbers a bit, but it's too pitching oriented, or is it my offense is anemic?
Could be, since I don't have a ton of power, but I've had a TON of low scoring games, more in the last month than I did the entire 2 seasons combined I bet.

With all of the options you have for recalculating league totals and modifiers combined with the way they work for fictional league versus historical league, it is pretty easy to have the wrong setting or change a setting that you think will have a positive impact and it totally FUBAR your league. I think that may be what happened to your league.

No, there's a bug with expansion. After this past expansion draft the computer treated my franchise the way it does after an inaugural draft, asking me if i wanted it to setup my system. I clicked yes and it all got screwed up.
Nothing major though....

Ok I am gonna be crushed if this is an unplayable bug...
Year three, june draft, I am on the draft screen but the only button I can get is the report button to open or export...
I cannot get the game to give me a continue draft or draft until my pick button.
In the left window, where you usually drag players, it says 'draft is finished' but nothing has happened yet, no players picked...

Oh my, this is potentially a game quitting f' up. When I messed around it never lets me progress past the draft unless I sim it, which I of course didn't do. I closed the app, then reopened, still wouldn't let me draft, all players available, no drafting done, but player window says draft finished.
Once again I hit auto play today, it did! Past the draft onto next day!!!
However, there was no draft, no one was picked, draft pool still there...
This sucks..

A few years ago I somehow created a league that never had a draft ... any year. I was rather disappointed.

How annoying. I just took over as GM of a team. I let a washed up, 40 year old, never has been go to free agency. The guy played for my team for 3 years. He never had more than 232 ABs and never hit higher than .214. When he got signed by another team months into the season the team's popularity dropped something like 22 points. Last season the team was in last place. This season 1st place.
So I decided to go ahead and trade for the guy to bring the team popularity back up. But it didn't go up at all!

If you can't, you can send Markus the file. He can general get things fixed. Though now that you past the draft, I'm not sure what can be done.

set up a new draft say a in a week's time, you should be able to run the draft then. It should use the same draft class and everything to.

Ok never let it be said I am not hard core. Ya, my league is hosed, I cannot get back to my draft, and fwiw I am not sure that in the solo sim mode there shouldn't be a 'erase your league back a day' button.
It won't matter to online play, and anyone doing it for nefarious reasons is screwing themselves.
So I literally spent 8 hours into this morning (and I am here at 38 btw) setting up a brand new EVERYTHING, with all the lessons learned the past week, and the advice here.
Couple things.
First off in the edit league page, window, I'd love for you guys to create a drop down menu to PICK the league(s) I can have feeder leagues feed.
I've managed to create a HS, JUCO and College set of leagues that do not feed any leagues. with age limits, so my assumption, and I need to check some things, is that these guys will bubbly up as they age and get better...

if you use the same basic set-up time and time again make sure to save it as a template and save yourself some work the next time

I use corporate names instead of cities,i swear the template feature has saved me from carpel tunnel

It will be interesting to see what happens to those guys once they leave their leagues. Without them feeding to any other league, my guess is they'll all become free agents. Maybe not. Heck, I might try and test that myself.

Yup, sure enough. They don't get released to go on to the draft. Also, I noticed ML players teams will actually sign minor league contracts with the high school and college teams if they get released (that is with financials off). So, that didn't work out, and may not work out the way you want, Curt.
