I take it the northern English are a good bit tougher than the southerners.

, but both Salford and Wakefield have their own non-league football teams - Salford City and Wakefield (formerly Wakefield-Emley) respectively, whilst Catalans Dragons play in Perpignan.

I'd say the average attendances for rugby teams are about the same as say the third division but would have to look that up to be certain. |

Thought I'd missed a team off, Castleford also play rugby and pretty sure there's a non league team in Castleford but the rugby team will probably average more.

Sky Sports News were reporting that the man could have had mental issues, but yeah it's surprising that more sportspeople aren't attacked.
The Wigan Athletic lads go into Wigan to have a drink and such and I'm surprised say after a defeat a fan has a bit much to drink and trys to get one of the Latics players but never happens. |

![]() Yes, when they were London Broncos they played at Brentford's Griffin Park. As for Castleford, there used to be a football team called Castleford Town, but I'm not sure whether they are still going. |

Nearest decent size ground I can find is 28 miles away from where Harlequins play, no doubt there's a stadium closer and probably good chance that there's a non league team closer.

Ok the closest I could find is 6 1/2 miles away no idea whose ground it is but it's north east of The Stoop and on one stand it as ATARI painted across it.
