General Electric Voltmen of 1948

Found this photo of the 1948 General Electric Voltmen of Ft Wayne... Had to make a set for the Voltmen... Thanks to Bottom of the Sixth for the artwork on the second logo...

In a word, no... You can however download whole albums from Photobucket...

Hi, would someone be able to help me out. I'm looking to create an Australian Baseball Federation, meant for 1901. I'd like to base the league logo off of this one. Want to change the logo to say ABF and have the flag be Australian in some way (Southern Cross or have the large star off the flag might be easiest, not sure). Would really appreciate it, thank you.

Making an attempt at this...first time trying something like it and not even sure how to attache the image. Let's see how it goes!

2) Hot Springs Arlingtons. This team is named after a hotel in Hot Springs. The played in the late 1890's to early 1900's. They recruited several top notch negro players of the era to play with them, including Rube Foster.

Wow! I ran across this thread yesterday and spent almost all of my workday, both yesterday and now this morning, reading through all 274 pages and saving almost every logo I came across. I've always loved creating old-timey leagues and working them through to modern day, and I've certainly been able to populate my league with a lot of these names and logos. Knuckler and txranger, you guys are amazing.

I would like to make a request, for whenever you fellows have some time. While I'll for the most part be using team names already created here for my next league, there are a couple of city/name combinations I've become very attached to over the years. If and when you two can get around to it, I would hugely appreciate it.

1. Chicago Elephants
2. Salt Lake City Saints, for the Mormon historical presence
3. Providence Roosters, referring to the Rhode Island Red breed

Thank you a lot guys, for this and for all of the generous work you do.

This is a set Knuckler and I did some time ago, I edited them to fit your team... The original logo was created by the Knuckler...

And for no other reason than that I am a contrarian and a firm believer in freedom of speech and history, I would like to see some works based on the Confederate Flag. I am not politically correct.

Just to note that the second logo is a modified version of the logo from St Michael's Catholic School in Crowley, LA...

txranger, your work is truly outstanding... the Salt Lake logo with the halo and the sword is really, really special... it captures the true essence of Saints.
