Retro Style Logos and Uniforms - Page 25

I'm not as happy with these as the previous MLB logos. I'm not sure quite what it is, whether it's the elephant or something else that I can't quite place right now, but I'm going to go ahead and post these so as not to get bogged down on one team. It's a team that I will probably revisit, especially if anyone has any suggestions.

I like those A's logos. Only thing I can think of in the way of a suggestion might be to change that A down there at the bottom to an A's, but I'm not even sure about that.

They look pretty good to me as is.

The Philadelphia Athletics logos are the best yet IMHO.

Sorry that I didn't finish last night. I couldn't quite get the logo right, but I think I have a fix and will work on it some more this evening. Great uniforms, Tex. I really like them all, but the first and second are my favorites.

Knuckler, sorry if it's been addressed elsewhere, but are you planning on doing a full MLB set in this style? If not, please do, because they are ridiculously good.

I think the plan is to do all 16 teams from the Golden Age. Haven't heard anything about the more modern teams though.

I'm going to try my best to get to the original sixteen teams, and then we'll see if I can get to the expansion teams. Thanks for the kind words on the logos.

Thanks for giving it a go.

What I had in mind is the orange stripe/Tigers and the blue/Detroit under that from the top one and the white/tiger from the second one. It might not look as good as I think though. You've also kind of moved on from it to so it's no big deal if you don't do it.
