Talking of Nuuk, did you know that the Danish midfielder Jesper Gronkjaer, who played for Ajax and Chelsea amongst others, was born in the Greenlandic capital?

They do but they're not part of either UEFA or FIFA. And I guess he moved to Denmark at an early age because (or where) scouts saw he had potential.

They used to have an all weather pitch at the school I went to, but way before the days of the stuff the NFL uses, it was just crushed brick and hurt like hell when you fell on it.
