I see. Maybe I can recolor the above Hillsboro logos, though, at least a little bit, somehow. Please stay tuned, EC and jg2977. CD out.

No, don't spend anytime on the logos.
If you can do a black cap with the font you used on your version of the Hillsboro cap... the font with the "short horizontal lines" on the left side of the H... I really like the lines on the H... that was an excellent design. Make the cap black with a red bill top and bottom... red eyelets and button... use "no textures"... use a red H on the cap and use the font "Gabriola"... this will make it like the lettering on the Black Jerseys I did. If the horizontal lines are on the font you used, then use that font on the cap... if you added the lines to the font, then use "Gabriola" font and add the lines. Use red (255, 0, 0) and black (0,0,0) for colors. Last edited by Eugene Church; 09-14-2022 at 12:32 AM. |

Okay, I might be able to make a black cap, but then again, I might still want to make some more items for possible use by myself, at least, if not others as well, at least as far as it comes to the Hillsboro name, EC. If not also for a Blazers-related team from anywhere, just so you know. Hillsboro is a common enough city name, after all. As is Blazers, when it comes to team nicknames, come to think of it. Please stay tuned, in any case. If I am able to make at least that cap for you well enough, then it will most likely be posted in my main graphics thread, sometime later, of course. CD out.

Whatever you want to do, CD.
My jerseys and logos are the best I can do... they are OK, but nothing like the good ones done by knuckler and txranger. Just make it a black jersey with red lettering for me, both home and away... make it like I did it... use the same colors I did on the main jersey, sleeves, collar... no color on the buttons. If you can use the font you used on the hat for the lettering... the H with the horizontal lines... that would be good, too. Don't use any textures or heavy shading for my jerseys... you can do what you like for yours. |

You have the necessary and desired color codes available for the graphics you made, then, perhaps? Whether they're in HEX form or RGB form? If so, please post them where you prefer, EC. Thank you. CD out.
Edit: I believe the specific free font I used on many Hillsboro Blazers-related items was FasterOne, if memory serves me correctly enough here. Just so you know, EC. Personally, I think yellow should still be a color Hillsboro uses in the future for your IPA, in any case. CD out.

Here is the cap I made using the font "Gabriola".
It would be great if you could add the "horizontal lines" to the H. And also use them on the lettering for the home and away jerseys. Last edited by Eugene Church; 09-14-2022 at 10:39 AM. |

Thanks for your help. I definitely like the black circle better than the red circle. The red is just too bright. If it were a darker shade of red it would be easier on the eyes.
Thanks for the updated Hillsboro items too, both of you. |

Use the FasterOne font for the cap and the jerseys... I really line the speed lines on the font... really fits the Blazers' nickname. |

Don't use the FasterOne font on the lettering for the jerseys... it doesn't look good on all the letters in my opinion.
The font does not show up much on a black jersey. I will just use my jerseys. Feel free to do them better if you like... just use Red lettering and Black.for the jerseys and caps..Textures (None)... make sure you use less shading for the ones you do for me. The font is "Gabriola". I downloaded the FasterOne font and will create a cap using it... thanks for sharing it. Last edited by Eugene Church; 09-14-2022 at 10:40 AM. |

I'll look at what I currently have for Hillsboro's Blazers, and see if I can't modify at least some of what I have for you. I haven't actually updated the Hillsboro Blazers with any new potential items lately, I think, both of you, to be honest. It may take a little time, though, at least, for me to update them, but I'll still get them done ASAP, in any case, for sure. Lord willing and all, of course, that is. Just so you know. CD out.

I am just staying with my original Hillsboro creation... the black and red version... I will not use FasterOne font... it did not look as good as the Gabriola in my opinion.
I am satisfied with my version of the Hillsboro Blazers. Should you create any new version for me... please use NO Textures and use LIGHT Shading... select NONE for the type of cap bill... use only red and black colors. CD, don't spend much time doing this for me... work on things that you need for your leagues. Last edited by Eugene Church; 09-14-2022 at 05:28 PM. |

Here's a set that txranger had created for me last year: I forgot about them. Definitely retro, looks like the style that a team from the 1940's would wear, perhaps. For something more modern use one of the other options that you and CD have created. For my IPA, being in the year 1889, this is what I should be using for Hillsboro.

EC, if you see this, do you have a secondary logo for the Sugar Valley Rattlers?

Here is what I am currently using for the Sugar Valley Rattlers. I really like the Primary Logo done years ago by Le Grand Orange... I recently started using the image of a rattler for my Secondary Logo... I probably got it from cephasjames' 5000 logo thread. Last edited by Eugene Church; 09-30-2022 at 01:52 PM. |

Would you be able to post your Hartsdale Hellcats logo? (The one with the H and the cat with sunglasses). That's my favorite version that I've seen so far. The other versions are cool, but they're a little bit over the top and cartoonish. Better suited for a minor league team. I prefer the one that you're currently using for its simplicity.

Also added a second primary logo... but it's a little too dark for me... needs some lighter colors so it will show up better in the game. Still like the current one in use. I may try to isolate the Hellcat image and use it for the secondary logo.... will post it later should I do it. Last edited by Eugene Church; 10-03-2022 at 10:37 AM. |

Here is a new Hartsdale Secondary Logo.
It looks good at 150 pixels... just alright, but not really good, at the 50-pixel size. Last edited by Eugene Church; 10-03-2022 at 02:53 PM. |
