Silvam's parks with background and 3D crowd

With the historical parks, historical fenway 1970-1987, the green monster and the rest of the OF walls are all grey...no texture,ads, or...green. Just a solid gray.
Was it supposed to be this way? The rest of the park and the environment look fine.
Please LMK if I need to d-load/install it again or if something might be missing...thank you

That is the way I got it from Silvam. I seem to remember some discuss about this but am not sure if it was this park or some other one. My experience is that Silvam uses period correct photos/documents when making his parks. He will have to answer this question. (I probably have put signs on some parks I shouldn't have.)

I don't understand the question. I have done all of Silvam's parks (except (Eck) as well as the parks that came with 00TP 17 & 18.

As I said, I have done all of Silvam's parks. That includes all of the historical ones he has done. They are listed alphabetically on the link I sent you. I have assigned them to year periods and some may not be accurate. After you download them you can change the file name to anything you want. Remember, the park unzip park folder(s) must go in to Models folder.

I Finally figured out where to download the files. Decided to bulk download all of the files because screw it. My computer says its gonna take 4+ hours to download. Wish me luck.

Since you did a bulk download, you will have to unzip that to someplace, like the desktop or a temp folder then unzip each park seperately. Each park needs to be unzipped directly into the Models folder or you can unzip each to someplace else, e.g. desktop or your temp folder, then move them to the Models folder. If each park folder is not in the Models folder by itself, i.e. not in some sub-folder like Historical parks the crowds will show up all black.

I bulk downloaded about 80 of the files and manually downloaded the other 80. I'll follow your instructions for the bulk downloaded 80, and I'm guessing you just unzip and insert the manually downloaded 80 into the models folder?

The unzip folder for each park needs to be in the models folder regardless of how you downloaded them. Your bulk download unzip the 80 zipped files and each one of them will have to be unzipped.

That should do it. Look at some of them in the edit park screen and see if they look okay. If not, let me know what they look like and/or send a screen shot. I think you are on your way to enhancing your enjoyment of the game!

I have updated Silvam's MLB great historic v1.4 updates. I added and/or fixed the backgrounds. I used some OOTP Sky Box backgrounds on a few recent stadiums because I could not find any better pictures. I also added some signage changes here and there. I added a folder with my sky backgrounds in case anyone wants to use them. I also added day and night jpgs.

While 3d backgrounds sound great. I feel they would make park file sizes much much bigger than they are now.

I think having a 15-20MB park is pretty manageable now.
