I do appreciate your thoughts on my work load guys and not saying anything.

There will be an All-Star match just like last year. I was like Dave and waiting for the end of week 10. The reason it is not on the schedule is because Romy will be running the match and he needs to set the date. Romy will also be running a surprise tournament as well.............he just doesn't know about it yet.
The all-star game will be scheduled for May 5th. That should give everyone enough time to vote if they want to wait until after the final week ends before making any decisions. I was thinking SAL do you want people to send their All-Star votes straight to me this time?

I know about the new tournament now and I must say it is a cool idea and I'll be free to run it whenever you want as my last day of school is next Monday.

Of course...Artemiev has a great year after I release him I'm glad he did a good job for the Mitt Slingers anyway. Not like he could have helped my crappy team this year.

Good idea Romy. Yes, the all-star votes should go directly to you.

I'll update the event schedule and add the May 5th date.

I've been looking for a reason to cut him with Ray "Boom Boom" Mancini in the draft but after the season he had, It'll be hard to cut him loose.

EOY Pound for Pound Tournament.

A new tournament for fun will be held after the season whenever Romy announces he wants to run it.

I want to find out if Mickey Walker is the best cat in this league or not.
The new tournament will not effect any of the fighters aging process or records. It will be held on Romy's computer like the All-Star match and not the official UTBA league computer.

The best 32 fighters in the UTBA will square off in a tournament with the weight class adjustment turned off and at the Prime setting. Most of the fighters will be selected on year end total performance points with a few exceptions like fighters that deserve to be in this best of the best tournament but lost their last match and dropped a ton of performance points.

Can Walker mow down Foster, Moore, Darchinyan, M. Franklin, Chandler or even Griffo like he has most of the middles in this league?

I can run the tournament as soon as you get me the list. I would prefer to do it April 30th if I can so that it doesn't interfere with the playoffs and so I'm not spending all of the 5th doing TBCB stuff.

The only undefeated fighter in the Gold Conference, There's a Middleweight in Bonner Springs vying for the MVP award this season. And his name isn't "Mickey Walker."

This is the first time in the Kid's history with the Beavers that he has escaped Walker's considerable shade for a moment of his own in the limelight.

McCune Mitt Slingers reclaim HW (6)Matt Skelton 30-34-3 (14) *PRIME
and release HW (7)Zora Folley 15-16-1 (2) *pre-prime
I thought I wanted Folley back but now I remember why I cut him 3 weeks ago.

The final round of waivers are now open and will close tomorrow night (04/26/07) at 8 pm CST. This will be your last chance to claim a fighter on waivers until the draft is complete and the Antwerp Southpaws have their roster submitted.

Good luck to all the teams fighting for a playoff spot. Maybe one day I can join the hunt.
