This is most common with double switches... unless there's a way to do it that I'm missing, besides placing the substitute position player into the pitcher slot, the reliever into the other slot, and then switching positions.

Just noticed that some leagues have dynamic expansion defaulted on and some have it defaulted off. Not really a issue but I thought I'd mention it as it's probably an easy fix.

I don't know if this is a bug or not. When playing as manager only of a major league team AI GM makes roster moves on team and I am not notified. would seem manager should get e-mail from GM notifying him of roster change.

Are you by chance playing the MLB quickstart?

Questdog's name set is intended to be used with fictional setups. It does not get along well with the MLB quickstart.

A couple of issues I have found. I apologize if these have already been posted but I'm not reading 23 pages to find out.

When hitting tab to tab through any text boxes (such as First/Last Name and Abbreviations on editing team pages) the game will occasionally shift tab into Steam and lock you there. I am able to get out of it by right clicking on the OOTP 16 in the taskbar and then saying no to exiting but this is irritating.

Second issue. During a historical season, manual voting of starting and relief pitchers showed multiple entries for the same pitcher. Each pitcher seemed to show up about 3+ times. Not all pitchers were shown.

Nope. Fictional.

Like I said in my original post (quoted above) from a couple of days ago: with the MLB quickstart I spotted Mac Ortiz (16-year-old Dominican signed by the Red Sox, by all accounts not a real player pre-included in the roster set, but rather generated by my game). Hey guys, sorry if this has already been posted, but this is my first time on the forums.

In OOTP 16, when setting the depth charts it doesn't allow me to put a player already in the starting lineup as a backup at a different position. Was this intentional or is it a bug? If it's intentional, is there any way I can change it? Thanks

Since updating. I realise that my scouting budget had been cut to zero. I had it increased s bit prior season start. But now 0 all of a sudden.

But can't get the shop players to work. No response on any player I put in. Just says no one wants to trade one for On my way!. Does same even with a top rookie???

In the Fictional League Setup Wizard the screen gets messed up when trying to create a 2 Sub league league with 39 divisions of 14 teams in one league, and 34 divisions of 16 teams in the other league. If it is a resolution issue please tell me what setting to put for it to work.

Never mind I had to put the 34 division league first, and the 39 division one second.

I am having trouble signing a player to an extention. Archie Bradley (real player) origionally wanted a contract for 2 years 17.2 mil and I hit meet demand then it ups the demand 4 times when I hit meet demand to 22 mill and then says submit offer .... Never had this happen before in the years since 2001

What I don't know is this normal now or possible bug??

Anybody else having the game lock up when leaving a game, after the box score is displayed? I've has this happen multiple times and it's very frustrating.

When you're looking at a 3D ballpark, scrolling up zooms out and scrolling down zooms in, basically the opposite of what it should be doing. (At least, I think scrolling up normally zooms in...this could be different in other parts of the world.) This is exceptionally minor and doesn't affect gameplay, but I was curious if this was intended to be that way.
