Given that the start time was noon Friday, umk shouldn't be on the clock until then. Hopefully the other rounds will clip along over the weekend.

What was the 'official' start time Scot? Noon (CST) 11/03?

Yes. Noon CST 11/03/06.

I'm going to change that though. I've sent PM's to kc, Tosti, Ian and Shane. If they respond saying they're ready to go, I'll forfeit umk's spot and we'll move along. umk has had 24 hours to respond and I've heard nothing.

*Edit* I've already heard back from Tosti & Ian. Two more replies and we are underway again.

I do too. I was in contact with him 24 hours before starting early and even requested he send me a list just in case he wasn't able to log on. He replied that he might have to do that, but that didn't happen either. I don't know what else I can do.

I can do that. I'll just keep dropping him one spot until or if he shows. If he is a no show by the end of the first round, then I'll forfeit his pick.

I've heard back from Tosti & Ian. Two more replies and draft is underway again.

Just drop him to the end of the first like Mike said and send him a PM telling him to send you a list of who he wants if he's not sure he'll be able to make the pick himself. If he doesn't pick or send in a list by the end of the first forfit his pick. Hopefully, he does get back into touch with you I'd hate to see him lose his pick.

I think you should wait until noon friday to consider any of this, that was the original start time.

The only reason I was going to drop him one spot at a time is because I started the draft early. He has been sent more than one PM requesting a list. He has responded by saying he might have to do that, but no list has been sent.

*note*
If you think there is a chance you may not be available to make your selection when it's your turn to pick, you may send a PM to the commissioner(Sal) with your picks stated in the order of priority that you want, and I'll make the selection for you based on your list. Do not send a list saying just pick the best talent available. If you are more specific like pick the highest rated HW left in the draft, I will accept that.
The 1 hour time limit will be enforced starting Friday(11/03/06) 12 noon CST. If you think there will be a chance you can't make a selection when it is your turn in the draft, send me a list. I don't want anybody to miss a turn in the draft but I also don't want to hold a manager up that is ready and willing to make a selection when it is their turn.

I was not aware of some facts in this case, and if SAL says it's fair to move on then I trust in his good judgement. He's doing a great job with all this.

Hmm, I think Claybor might have stumbled onto the reason that BigMatt and Icetea have been so good. They've must have payed off the Commish it's the only explaination.

Could you give ...

... some $$$ to some key Husker players this week? Missouri's better than it has been in some time, and actually thinks it will beat NU. You oughta hear the radio talk shows. Argh!

I can't bear to listen. I don't think the $$$$ will help. I'm ready for the return of Osborne.

Sorry guys for any confusion that I may have caused.

I was trying to help umk out and start this draft early due to him not having access to a computer on the weekends.

The draft will resume 11/03/2006 at 12 noon CST and run to midnight CST.

Melbourne start time will be: 5 am 11/04/06

London start time will be: 6 pm 11/03/06

Hartford/Louisville start time will be: 1 pm 11/03/06

Chicago start time will be: 12 noon 11/03/06

You will have one hour to make a selection. If you do not think you'll be available to draft when it is your turn, send me a PM and list of who you want by priority.
During the time frame stated above, if you do not make a selection in the allowed time limit when it is your turn to draft, your draft selection will be forfeited unless you send me draft list by PM.

Hebron Haymakers........you will be first on the clock when this starts tomorrow.
Tile Hill Top Team will be on deck (up second)...........
Boxing Kangaroos will be in the hole (up third).........
