I am impressed, I didn't think he had it in him.

It'll be a super fight when he and Ilyas Ahmed meet up in the playoffs!

I think it was claybor who was telling me to drop him that he was horrible in his uni. Well who's eating their words now!!!!! LOL

On a side note if there had been another 1 rated MW I would have dropped him long ago!

It's been busy around here. Anyway, the dance has started so there should be no more interruptions.
My wife's sister lives in Parsons - how close is that to you? I might suggest a visit for her this summer...

Then again, not sure whether she'll go for it. Unfortunately, the brother in law puts one in mind of the Griswalds' Cousin Eddie in the movie "Vacation."

Congrats Hugh on a closely fought contest.

Just got back into town after a long weekend so first chance I had to respond. Looks like Left Jab is on the verge of contention perhaps...

That scene with him emptying his 'RV' into the sewer grate is perhaps the finest piece of film ever produced.

I report to work in Parsons. My house is 8 miles to the East. Send me a PM with her name..........I may know them. Anytime you're down this way Matt, feel free to stop by and knock a few back.

I'm still at work............30 + hours and still going. Uncle Sam is going to like this.

Feel free to go ahead and send in any waiver requests you guys may want. I'll get caught up one of these days if I ever see home again.

Well,at least I am not getting blown completely away. I had high hopes coming in..but I think that Bears success in his sophomore year maybe gave all of us false hope. However,Sal seems to have really had a very good sophomore campaign. I think that my additions in the LHW,adding Nunn and Nazarov have finally allowed me to at least be somewhat competitive. Now,most of my team will be Prime or pre-Prime next season. I just have to fight the urge to tinker too much in the off season..lol. Congrats on the win Matt. You are the franchise that others aspire to be. See ya later my friend.

Just wanted to say congrats on a great season thus far. You have made yourself one of the favorites now. You are the hunted instead of the hunter now..LOL. Good job Mike. By the way,I have a great MW named Cooper that you might be able to pry away with a couple of first round picks or maybe Arguello. LOL.

I see that he has won 2 fights already..not too bad for a 2. Yeah,I always loved watching Arguello. What a brilliant fighter. Great man as well,he has contributed most all of his money that he earned to fight the strife that has went on in his home country. I remember winning quite a few bucks off of Mancini fans when they fought years ago. How could anyone have ever thought Mancini would beat a technician like Alexis? Sure Mancini was a tough guy with loads of heart, but man that was a beating. Well, good luck Mike. I think you have a very good shot to take the title this season.

I hope Scot made it through the foul weather.

Our state was apparently hit hard but I must be located on an eden-like island as I have had no flooding and no particularly bad winds.

Not too bad down in New Haven/Fairfield counties. We had a lot of rain and high winds and only a few scattered power failures. I know a few people that have to pump out the basement, but mine stayed dry.

This past weekend I was flying back from the Los Angeles area and had a 6 hour delay in Denver. Evidently we were waiting on a plane coming from New York. Got home around 4:15am Monday morning.

The bad weather is not what did me in but it didn't help either. I work for a natural gas utility and a contractor tore out one of our main feeder gas lines to a town with over 8,000 people and I've been at work almost non stop since Sunday afternoon. Just finished my first sleep in 3 days. The last three matches of week 8 will be posted shortly.

Once again...........sorry for the delay.
