I am starting to make final updates to each Team Roster page that will include the franchise history for Points Scored by weight class as well as the fighters' Season/Career records and VI Index numbers. (This may take a few more days).
I am also putting together the EOY Awards (MVP, ROY, Comeback FOY) candidate profiles. Question? How do you guys want the EOY voting to work? I think that last season worked well w/ putting out a Poll for each award and allowing everyone to vote once for each catagory (not restricted by Conference). Or we could have a weighted vote sent by PM and keep it separate between the two Conferences (as in Season 1 and 2). Please post any feedback you might have. Finally, once the Playoffs and EOY Tournaments end, I would like to open up the floor for any Rules Changes or Additions. Like last season, each suggestion will be put up for a vote. Just bear with me, this part of the Season is very time consuming and I don't want to get too 'burnt out' |

Great stats. I liked the polls but whatever is easier for you is OK by me. I was gonna tear this joint down but may give this bunch one more season. Klitschko finally started to help Shavers a bit and Sandoval/Castillo actually overachieved a bit last season. Randall Bailey was a surprise, now if I can get a few guys to hit their prime early enough,we just may be mediocre once again next season!

The playoffs are coming and, unless I woke up in a Bizarro world, the Binks are somehow in, having eeked by the Muckboys and Bears Unstable! It'll probably be for a short duration, as we buoy our opponents' confidence! It makes me think of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid as they made their final charge in Bolivia! I doubt we can dodge successfully with an "Ole", but we'll give it our best.
Our trainer, Mack Lewis, passed away on Friday. He opened his gym to hundreds of kids, trying to help them find a better life. He was a Man! |

I don't see why we all shouldn't vote on EOY in both leagues, so just keep it like last year imo.

Congratulations to the Binks, and all the best in the playoffs. I think I am going to fly my team down to let them see what the playoffs are all about.

Thanks, Greg! Just make sure you don't get there late, as the match may be over quickly. We're dedicating the playoff match to trainer Mack Lewis, who passed away last week. Maybe the Tornados can train with us?

Over the next couple of days, I will post polls for the End of Year Awards. Everyone is allowed to vote once for each Award (The awards will not be restricted by Conference). Hopefully this will get a good turnout response.
Each poll thread will contain individual posts for each candidate - so once the polls show up, you may want to wait until all of the candidate profiles. (Apologies for the delays on this. Work has been very busy lately and I have not had much time to spend on this) |

Happy Thanksgiving to all! It's appropriate that the Binks are going to play on or soon after Turkey day. I hope everyone has a great day. Off to my nephew's! |
