After a sweep of the Rockies in Colorado, the Cardinals return home for a a six-game home stand beginning with three games against the Pittsburgh Pirates, who occupy last place in the NL Central.
Also, the Cardinals have taken right-handed pitcher Luke Weaver off the disabled list where he was recovering from an abdominal injury. He will make a start with AAA Memphis, where if he performs well will lead his return to the starting rotation with the big club. |
