CIV did pretty good, only losing 2-1 against ARG & NED. They were just in a tough group.

Its been a disasterous WC for the African sides thusfar...and they will be demanding more places before 2010 in South Africa

I believe theyd have done a lot better if Ghana or Ivory Coast was in a different group...easily either could advance in the right circumstance.

I wish some ESPN execs would watch Univision and understand that its important to give their viewers some of the flavor and atmosphere of the WC. It was cool that segment from an Argentinian market in Florida.
