I won't post him in the next update (only in the complete pack) because I prefer to keep my update by decade, so if you want him without downloading the complete pack I post him here... he was a player without a FG but thanks to cinemaodyssey this isn't the case anymore.

First pic is the original posted and second pic is what I worked with after AI process and cleaning. Not perfect since the material is a picture and not a photography but it's sure better than a fake FG.

Cesar Hernandez hernan001ces from the '90's needs a facegen. I found a hernan001ces in another pack but it's of the current MLBer Cesar Hernandez.

Cesar Hernandez was drafted by the Montreal Expos in the 1st round of the 1985 amateur draft (Dominican Draft) and in 1991 the Reds selected him off the waiver wire. I thought about cheating with a picture of him with facial hair and using a cleaning tool to shave him but... as you can see I found a pretty good picture of him clean shaved.

Hey AESP, I have another request for you, if you don't mind, of yet another player whose career traversed the Great Mustache Divide of '72ish: Mike Easler. Doesn't seem to be many decent ones of him clean-shaven, so it might be a challenge.
