TD Bank Ballpark, home of the Somerset Patriots

That last independent club to make the move to organized ball (and the only one to move to the AA classification), the Patriots play in this 6,100 seat park. Ballpark Digest named it the Best Independent Minor League Ballpark in 2015 and 2016. The park shares its lot with a commuter train lot - the lot features 3,465 solar panels that produce 1,140,000 kWh of energy annually, which supplements 88% of the park's energy needs.

Is that you in the blurry dark green or the light green?

And every time I see your profile pic it makes me smile. Lots of good times unboxing that game so many years ago.

Definitely the light green!

Those were good times indeed...best summer of my youth the year I discovered that game.

The 'thanks' button is gone (?) so I'll reply and say AGREE. Summer of '79, got a copy while spending the summer with my grandparents and the first game I played was that year's All-Star game.

Yep, gone because it was a security risk to the forums. Quite sad. I miss the thanks button.

Eriq. have you done some of the Frontier/Northern league teams? at some point i would like CornCrib, home of the Normal cornbelters and the Chicago Dogs stadium. KC Monarchs, formerly the T-bones stadium would be nice too.

The Corn crib was a super nice indy ballpark. Too bad the team didn't stick in the frontier league. I know the guy that was supposed to take over as their pitching coach before they decided to go college wood bat

If it's not in this thread, then I haven't done it.

FNB Field, home of the Harrisburg Senators

Built on City Island in the middle of the Susquehanna River, FNB Field dates back to 1987 and was used as the Spring Training facility in the movie "Major League II." And due to its location, FNB Field is unfortunately subject to fairly routine flooding.

What a timing !!. My historical save just rumbling around in 1987 and my minor league team play vs Harrisburg in this park this very day.
Took a look at my prospect and of course sad to see that "standard" Minor League park in-game.
Now I can take another look with a beautiful created real stadium.

THANKS for another outstanding work !!

The Diamond, home of the Richmond Flying Squirrels

The home of the Richmond Braves from 1985 through 2008, the park became the home of the Flying Squirrels for the 2010 season. The park is also the home field for Virginia Commonwealth University's baseball team.

Long known as a pitcher's haven, the fences were slated to be moved in prior to the 2020 season, although exact distances had yet to be determined and the actual reconfiguration was delayed due to the pandemic. An article I found referred to the corners remaining at 330 feet, power alleys now being "between 375 and 380 feet" and center field being 400 feet, thus making the alleys approximately 8-10 feet shorter than the original dimensions, and with a visible gap between the walls. Unfortunately the only image I could find of the new fence configuration was basically a close-up of a chain-link fence which didn't give me enough to go on so it is not modeled, but the approximated new dimensions were used to determine the park factors.

Excellent! I grew up going to games here...well, really at Parker Field, the predecessor stadium, at the same site. There were some good and entertaining R-Braves squads back then, even if the A-Braves were often not so hot.
