Well, you probably use a dark in-game skin normally, while I typically use the OOTP classic in-game skin, I believe. So what may look good on your screen may not necessarily look all that good either on mine or on another person's screen in-game, and vice versa. So I see you're retiring the recreational leagues you have here, EC. I hope you don't retire the IPA just yet, for I would really like to see it get to 100 years of operation, if possible, somehow. However, that may not be possible, of course, here. You've got about 20 years to go, and you said you expected it might take another four to five years in real time for it to get there sometime later on, if I remember correctly enough here. Do you still think that might just be the case here, if the Lord ultimately gives you enough time on this Earth and enough things work out well enough to somehow make that possible, before OOTP puts out their last edition sometime later on, whenever that might be?

I do enjoy reading your reports about the IPA, for instance. And I hope they will continue for as long as possible, Lord willing, for sure, you know. I know that there's more to life than baseball, of course, but I still enjoy reading about it, and trying a lot of things out from time to time, although it is often still hard for me to stay rather focused on whatever I may be working on at a particular time in my life.

I somehow think you'll keep creating new dynasties from time to time, if people continue to put out great work on these forums, because in many ways, you're a lot like me, always creating and all, in certain ways. It is in our nature as human beings to create many times, because our Lord made us that way in this world of ours, you know. I'm sure there will be a lot more work put on these forums later that you may want to use at times, but we'll just have to see what happens. In any case, whether you do so or not, that remains to be seen here, quite obviously.

You have been, are, and always shall be, my friend, EC, just as Spock says to Kirk in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, although he doesn't say are in that line of the film in question. That will never change, I'm sure, Lord willing and all, in the future. Yeah buddy, EC will have another recreational league... 12 to 16 teams at most... 50-game season with a 4-team playoff for the title... so I can really get to know the players and teams over time... the only league i've ever had that I knew the players was my All-Time All-Star Association... it was the original 16 MLB franchises... it was the best 25 playors of each team since 1901... yep, I already knew the players before I played the league... I had to manually import all the players and then adjust their ratings... it was a great league... i really enjoyed it... I'm not sure why i stopped... it may have been because the OOTP server crashed and we lost all of our dynasty league postings... I think I had played 6 or 7 seasons... it was too much work to start over, so I created the islandian Pro Alliance.

It will be my final league... I want it to be set up perfectly right from the start... it will be my Ultimate League with wonderful logos, jerseys and graphics...I will keep the complete archives so that I can access each previous season in detail if I need to... I will picked teams where all the graphics have already been done to perfection... it will be a fictional league with fictional small towns... I'm not going to try and get folks to create the logos, jerseys, caps and graphics for me.... that would take too long.

I went through low and Lawn Loaf's threads to find the teams... will also go through txranger's and knuckler's great Retro Thread and get teams there... I will take a few IPA teams, a few North Island and South Island League teams and a few new ones that I have never used before... I might try to create a few teams from my favorite Dynasty League of all-time, the Laseron Baseball Association... it inpired me to create the IPA.

You'll probably still create dynasties for as long as you still play OOTP, if you happen to periodically see work by others that you can't possibly avoid using here somehow, I think. But given your current age and all, it may not be as frequent as others on the forums may, of course, most likely.

I mean, even with AI logos being created here, teams can still be done in either uniform style, although many may not like the idea of there being AI-generated art here on the forums. I haven't yet downloaded any version of OOTP or FHM past 22/7, for various reasons, because I'd like to put them on my next yet-unused computer, and not this one, most likely, or at least not right now on this one, anyway. In time, I'll probably put them both on this computer, but I may have to try and pull off some things from my oldest computer, if possible, including data related to at least one or two of my OOTP/FHM dynasties in 18 and/or 19 on the OOTP front and possibly in at least FHM 3 on the FHM from here, among other things on that computer. I don't even know if that computer is still functional enough for me at this time, simply because it's a very old computer, for instance. Win 7 or 8, if I remember correctly, at best?

I do hope that at least one of your next leagues, in whatever dynasty or dynasties you might create later, will have at least some work done by me in it, somehow. But that would be entirely up to you, of course. Whether that work has been done already by me or not, I still would hope that could be the case here, of course, in time.

I don't know how much more time we each have in this world, but let's try to use whatever time we each have left in it before we go Home, Lord willing, as best as we each can, in any case. And remember that our Lord cares for us all, because He made us all, and loves us all, even as imperfect as we each are in our lives. He loves everyone on these forums, from the youngest member of it to the oldest, no matter who we are.

I hope to be able to resume covering the WLAB-related teams soon, once all the relevant teams have full team looks for them done here, no matter who does them. Same thing for the Total Baseball Scramble 001-related teams and/or leagues as well. With Henry Freeman now on the Cardinals in time for the 1874 season, or at least a new version of him, I wouldn't be surprised to see some hypothetical commentary, at least, related to certain people in it, similar to that seen in many other dynasty reports on these forums. Whether from his perspective or not, for instance.

With fictional versions of real historical people present in at least one dynasty, I may have to be imaginative when portraying them as well in the relevant dynasty or dynasties here. Even if they may not necessarily behave or react to certain kinds of situations in the same ways as they might have in their real historical lives that we already know at least a bit about, though. Of course, many of those people never actually played pro sports, if at all, but still, it would be interesting to see what might happen with fictionalized versions of them here, don't you think? I do.

I'll talk much more later here, I'm quite sure, as time then allows and all, Lord willing and all, of course. Meanwhile, I'll try and mock up some possible caps and/or uniforms for at least a few of the remaining teams that need work done for them, so you all can see better what I'm currently thinking of here in sufficiently direct relation to them, at least to a degree, if not entirely. At the moment, I'm beginning to try and create at least one potential uniform, at least, for the Harrisburg Keystones, on the baseball side of things here for my TBS 001 dynasty. May take a bit of time here for me to do so well enough to satisfy myself with my related efforts here, though, I think. CD out.

There will be at least two posts related to the Harrisburg Keystoners in my style, possibly with the inclusion of logos done by hurricanekevin on them, folks. While they're probably not as good as others might be able to make around here, in pre-23 style, at least, I'm still going to post what I've made for them so far. More uniforms may come later from me, along with at least a few possible caps as well. As for any logos I might also post to this thread, they may very well be AI-generated, if I think they're sufficiently worthy of posting here to perhaps inspire others, including hurricanekevin, with their own work projects and all, at least. Seeing as I'm not likely going to be able to make them easily enough myself at this point in time without help, either from humans or from AI art generator sites and all, just so you know.

In any case, here are four pictures of uniforms I've just made with the help of Justafan's fine Jersey Creator, for sure. The next post will have four more nearly-identical ones, and I'll gladly welcome any suggestions you might have for the relevant team's caps that I'd most likely make later. The colors are from hk's logos for the Harrisburg Keystones, as near as I could figure them out easily enough. Although I'm not sure just what font or fonts he used for them originally when he made the relevant main logo, at least.

Since you asked, here is my opinion of the Keystones Jerseys:

Just use colors that coordinate well together, CD.

The Red and Dark Blue look good together... the Purplish Blue, Light Blue and Gold or Yellowish Gold do not look good with the other colors in my opinion.

Leave the Light Blue, Light Purple and Gold Out... just use the Reds and Blues.

Make the collar Red or Blue depending on what color the long sleeeves are.... the white and gold collars are not good at all.

Well, the colors seen on the above items are mostly, if not entirely, from hurricanekevin's relevant Keystones logos in his applicable graphics-related thread, EC, so I was trying to use them all here as best as I could, with at least one other color to better contrast with the logo's colors, just in case I'd want to have them on certain uniforms. And purple is on the logo, as is the yellow, if you look at his related thread, for sure. The only color not present for that team on the original logo is the light blue I used, I believe.

I got the color codes for the colors used on the above items from the logo or logos in question through coolors.co, and added the light blue later on, if they were not added at the exact same time that I then ran the logo through a certain part of that site. Then I went from there as seen above with the items posted above. Just so you know. CD out.

CD, it doesn't matter where you got the colors,,, in my very humble opinion, they do not look good together.

If you like them, that is fine... you asked my opinion and I gave it.

Here is the best I can do for the Cincinnati Cheetahs.

Hope you can use them.

I know you don't want square or circular logos, but that is the only choices I have using justafan wonderful software.

The Orange color is 239, 138, 46.

The font is Albertson.

The other color used is just plain Black.

I think you use the White Skin... they should look fine on it... they wouldn't work well on a Black background.

Sorry about the spacing on the primary circular.... sometimes a font does that in justafan... I tried it several times... couldn't fix it... I will try another font and see if it comes out OK.

I typically try to use, and probably do use, the OOTP Classic skin in all my versions of OOTP, I think, or at least in one or two versions of them I have done so or now do, if that helps you all out here well enough, EC and others. Not the white, and not the dark, normally whenever I play. I think that helps me see things better on many screens, whenever I do. Just so you know. CD out.

Here are the logos I have for the Harrisburg Keystones, EC, so you can see where I got the colors from, or at least most of the colors from, in any case. I probably won't be able to do a mostly yellow uniform and/or cap with them, if I include the main logo, however, on it. Or a mostly red uniform and/or cap and/or a mostly non-light blue uniform and/or cap, for that matter, I think. But at least I have these logos to work with here, in any case. CD out.

The logos are excellent... if you used the Red, Blue and Gold colors on the logos on the the jerseys, they would look fine.

Those colors on the logos look fine... but your jersey colors don't go together very well in my opinion.

Did you do the logos?

Thanks for trying, EC, with the Cheetahs. Maybe someone can do better for them, and do better logos than what I've already had generated for the other currently-relevant teams that need at least some work done for them here soon, besides the Cheetahs here. The AI-generated art site didn't necessarily follow the prompt or prompts given for the Cheetahs, however, very well, it seems. For instance, the best of its offerings to date for them didn't make the cheetah look like a pitcher in the stretch position as the prompt mentioned, unfortunately. Which is at least a bit of a bummer here, of course.

For this was the exact text prompt used at least once for them, but unfortunately, the logo I posted for them doesn't exactly match this prompt here as needed and all:

Cincinnati Cheetahs mostly circular baseball logo, humanoid cheetah baseball pitcher pitching from stretch position in spotted baseball uniform & spotted cap, mostly in black & medium tan & bright orange & light gray, insanely detailed, ultrarealistic, waist-up view

I suppose AI hasn't generally learned quite well just how to properly render certain things just yet, at times. Maybe one day, somehow it will. But right now, human-created work is often much superior to AI-generated imagery and all, of course.
