I just looked this park and don't see any signs at all. I do notice that the back sky shows through in a lot of places where it should not. I think there is some problem with the park.

Working fine in my game. There are OOTP fictional ads, and MLB licensed signs too. I replaced my Spring Ballpark with it. My game is in 2047 and I'm not moving the A's until their Las Vegas ballpark is in OOTP.

I have updated some ballparks that I never did myself. These were done by others. Some are no longer available to download. All of my edits do not contain current or current at that time players. These can be used for OOTP 22 to OOTP 26. They will also be available in their individual post so that the files do not disappear due to dead links or closed accounts.

Be aware the OOTP25 and OOTP26 files need the KTX files of the same name deleted after every update. If you are copying stand_day.webp to a ballpark folder then you need to delete stand_day.ktx. If you do not do this the webp file will not show. See the first post for more info on ktx files.

For those with the knowledge I suggest you write a batch file to delete the ktx files and copy the webp files to each of the ballparks. I will not provide a batch file because I do not want to muck up your installation. I do not want a frenzied crowd of OOTP players storming my castle with pitchforks.

One of the first thing I do when I install and new update is to delete all KTX files. Then all my mods, e.g. signage, background, etc., work.
