Phillips, well, you can't hit, what, .176 in ST? and expect to be on the ML roster. I expected Phillips to eventually be the everyday 2B, but he's gotta improve. |

Nice,
15+ innings, 1 (un)earned run. Not a bad start, not a bad start at all. Go Kevin! |

Indians had Garcia on the ropes the entire game but couldn't do more damage than the 2-0 lead. Sizemore singled in the 2nd, stole second, then came home on a Belliard double. Then later in the game, with 2 outs and runners on 2nd and 3rd, Garcia balked in run number 2. Boone has stranded 5 baserunners.....

The hitting depth on this team is so unreal, they need to deal someone to acquire another stud SP. As for the CL, I actually thought Wickman was going to have a decent year. It's only the 1st week, give him a break/time. Like you said, he's coming off the surgery. I say that, even though I thought they should've given Davis the ball there. Wedge needs to improve his bullpen management, it's my main big gripe on him. |

Jose Mesa, where ar't thou?
Piece of sh*t wickman piping 70 mile an hour "heaters", I give him 5 tries, he looks like that again, time to move on, I don't have patience for this. Hell, let's get davis working on this now! |

Right about now, I'd consider getting Lee Smith out of retirement.

Doesn't look like that's gonna happen.

That being said: Sox - 5 Tribe - 1 Contreras has pretty much had his way with the Indians, giving up the run on a wild pitch and a single by the Chocolatey Breakfast Treat ![]() [EDIT] **Harrumph** "Mr. Zero", indeed...

How can there have been nothing added to this thread after that amazing comeback today? 3 solo shots to tie it in the 9th? A 6 run 11th? Come on! Go Tribe!
