I don't think what Moss did was nearly as bad as how the media portrayed it (and actually found it somewhat humerous). Now, I don't find it all that classy an act, but there are many endzone celebrations that fit that bill. My big beef was how people somehow justify an act because "drunken fans do it" and how Moss (over an hour after the event) was still swearing and cussing in interviews about the GB fans.

Moss needs to get over himself and learn how to win with class. Then again, being with the Minnesota Vikings, it's not like he has a lot of practice in that area.

Class doesn't sell tickets. Class doesn't boost attendance.

maybe i just have been under a rock, or i didn't watch enough football highlights this year, but the Vikings game on Sunday was the first time I'd seen Randy with the 'fro, and I am now a fan!

You go Moss!!

for those that think he's a dick, well, what do you expect when your mentor was Cris Carter?

Does anyone else think that this is getting blown WAYYYYY out of proportion?

I'm a neutral fan, and I honestly can say that if someone like lets say, Derrick Mason did this, it would be highlighted, yet it would be a 1 and done deal.

Instead, with Moss's past, and what he did last week, everyone blows it way out of proportion for some ungodly reason.

God this $hit makes me sick sometimes.

Randy Moss helps the Vikings win football games. He helped them win a big football game this last weekend. In other words, he does the job he is paid to do and does it well. This focus on his TD celebration and it somehow taking away from the Vikings is silly. I don't neccessarily approve (nor do I disaprove) of his celebration, but the attention paid to it and the media insuation that it hurts the Vikings somehow are puzzling to me.

But, on his teams website, which is viewable for everyone, there are pictures of the Colts cheerleaders in provactive poses trying to sell calenders. Now I don't care personally about the fact those pictures are on their site, I find it funny that he says what happened with TO is wrong, but looking at half naked cheerleaders on the website is a-ok.
I would say there's a considerable difference between a website, and pn prime time on ABC. You aren't going to just "stumble" in to the cheerleader's section of the Colts website, but you might just happen to turn to ABC.

Which just so happens to be any team in the NFL.

Anyone who is surprised by the dumb*** things Moss does is just kidding themselves. He is what he is, always will be. There is a reason he dropped into the 20's in the draft, it was his attitude.

Heh, and how many of those teams that passed on him wouldn't like at least one of the top 3 WR in the NFL, "attitude problems" or not?
