I'll be watching this definitely if I am home and if I remember. Should be very interesting.

I was expecting something similar to LMU years back, but I was disappointed. That had to be the worst basketball game I've ever seen. It was worse than a bad pickup game, nothing but turnovers and missed shots, they shot like 20 something percent It wasn't even entertaining to watch, the two highschool teams that played before them woulda beat them. The idea of the system is interesting, if it was run by a team with some talent it could be very exciting.

OMG get a clue. How many games do you have to watch to recognize style of play. they rotate 5 players almost every dead ball, and they try to shoot as quick as they can, and they want to shoot more than half their shots from three. The idea of constant pressure all over the floor while rotating players constantly is an interesting concept, thats not hard to figure out, maybe for you it is.

Not really a well-played game, but exciting nonetheless. The beauty of the system is that Beloit shot about 60%, and Grinnell shot 30%. I believe that at one point Beloit went 12 minutes without missing a shot. Yet, Grinnell lost by one point. They force a ton of turnovers, get a ton of offensive boards, and make (and miss) a lot of 3 pointers, which allows them to stay in games.

your comment was that it would be a good system with other players cause these guys suck and you based that on the 1 game you watched

You can tell if a player is talented by watching them play whether they are having a good night or not. The only good player on the floor was the forward for Beloit. How many great players do you think are on a Division III team that has only 5 wins?

Answer: Two that passed up D-IAA offers. A handful of high-school all-staters.

Interesting game and I watched a little bit of it ... interesting how oftentimes four players on the offensive end would run away from the basket toward half court or something and it'd be one-on-one to the hoop. Also interesting that my high school gym was bigger than that place, sebastian

Grinnell shot just 25% from 3-pt range, ten points below their season average. It's surprising it was even close. They were terrible last night. It was also the lowest scoring game of the year. Ah well..

And Cyclone, that gym is tiny! My HS gym was roughly 5 times larger (6000 capacity compared to 1200). But they are the loudest and rowdiest 1200 fans you will ever see. You have to consider that the college has only 1400 students, and the town is about 8,000 total.
