PrestonKaye:

Your North Hills Hawks is very well designed. I really like it.

I would like to rotate it with nmleague's. Both are very well done.

The hawk grasping the ball is great...and the wide black border is a very nice touch.

However...don't you designers dislike that word...could you make North Hills and Hawks Red trimmed in White or White trimmed in Red.

I think this would make them show up much better in the game.

Please make it 150 x 150 if possible.

A "true" black is when the RGB value is 0,0,0. I made mine at like 35,35,35, so it still appears black, but it's really just a very dark gray. When a 150x150 logo has spots of true black, there will be some transparency issues in OOTP. So generally, I try to make everything with black in it a very dark gray so that there won't be any transparency issues inside the game.

dbacks and TrueCardinalFan, they both are marvelous.

Will rotate both of them.

Great colors and designs...flawless.

I especially liked the intertwined SF on South Fork.

Couldn't have done them better myself.

Oh, woops, sorry about that. The size will be okay, and since it is a perfect square (I think the actual size is 176x176?), OOTP will automatically resize it, and it will still look fine.

Eugene, that's all I will be able to do tonight. Sorry I couldn't do more, but if you don't already have all you need, I'm sure you will by tomorrow.

dbacks, thanks again for your fine logos.

I just went back and looked closely at the Kenwood Wildcats.

How do you guys get a wildcat and a hawk to hold a baseball?

The green background splash really adds a nice element, too.
(Is that an outline of a cat's head?)

It has been a great day for logos.

I thought it might take a week or so to them all done.

I really got some nice ones...need a few changes, but these are usually quickly taken care of by the designers.

It is good to see so many talented designers on this board.

You, Shub and Cuss16 are getting a lot of competition now.

It looks like parity has set in on the Logos and Graphics Forum.

So are you covered now, Eugene?

That last Wildcats logo was top notch.
I have a Wildcats in my new dynasty thread league. It looks a lot different. I'll post it soon.

EC,

Thanks for the kind words, as always. You are a pleasure to do logos for because your comments/improvements are always welcome with me.

There couldn't be a nicer person in the logo forum!

I'm all set if a few changes are made in resizing and I think one lettering change is made.

Would always like to see your Wildcats logo. Please post all of your logos here. There are a lot of us who just enjoy perusing them even if they are not for us. I save a lot of logos, just in case I might use them later. Recently someone designed a very nice LA Stars, so I changed the LA Angels of my Alltime Allstars League to the Stars because the logo was so impressive. Even changed the Cleveland Indians to the Cleveland Buckeyes because someone did such a good job on it. Forgive me, if I don't get the right person, but I think bigD4VT did both of them.

I took some time and looked at your USBA league site. You have some very nice team logos...really liked the Albuquerque Apaches. It looks like you run a real classy league.

I have seen a set of Church's logos on JoeRock's great site.

That is not me.

Joe has a Eugene Church Logo Collection that was compiled by dbacks. These 80 logos were created for me by dbacks, Shub, nmleague, Markmeister, knuckler and Henry. Forgive me if I left someone out.

They did all of the work and I undeservedly get the credit.

JoeRock's great site is here:

It was really simple, I just took the main cat (the black one), and altered his paw so that it would be resting on top of a small baseball which I found. I made the ball a little bit smaller, then just placed it underneat the cat.

The background took a while to do, but yes, that is a teal-ish outline of a cat's head. I thought it looked to "bland," so I tried to find a way to "spice" it up just a little more.

The logo design is excellent. I really like it...but have 2 change requests...change the color of the lettering and size it to 150 X 150.

Do not do these changes if it takes too much time. I'll take it as it is. I just think it will take it from excellent to great with these changes.

If you can and don't mind, just make the lettering more visible for NORTH HILLS AND HAWKS. IMO they need to stand out more with better contrast between the colors. Notice how well nmleague's letters stand out on his version of North Hills.

Make the lettering RED with WHITE TRIM...or...WHITE WITH RED TRIM...or just make them RED or White if that is easier.

This will make them easier to read in OOTPB and not blend with the background colors, but contrast better with the background.

PK, I like the East Point Panthers. It is excellent.

Could you make it 150 x150?

I have no idea of how to resize it for OOTPB.

And if possible, could you make the background all the same darker red that you used in the lower right quandrant?

Currently the red background outside the circle goes from a light shade to a darker shade.

If possible, I would prefer the darker shade.

If it takes too much time or is not possible to change, it is ok as is.

You have to save the file as .psd in order to retain the layers. You can't go back and get the layers again once you've discarded the .psd file and saved it as .jpg.
