That 40 man roster option is sweet too.

Yes, displayed talent ratings remain uninfluenced by stats... but player development is now influenced by both MLB and minor league stats, so you may see them change because of performance

Markus - in regards to the rule 5 draft. At the end of the season, will the game automatically produce a list of eligible teams and players for the draft?

to the last poster... If you have XP, hover over the bottom right corner of the picture, you can then enlarge it. Hover about a half inch in from bottom and from the right. You'll see.

Screenshots look awesome!

I have one small request...
On the player awards page (or somewhere else) can you put when they made the all-star games. Also, possibly the same page where you have years of service, would it be possible to have their salaries that they made each year so we can keep track.

And finally, maybe this is a little more complicated, where it has the player's year they won MVP or Cy Young, it would be very nice if it said they made it in the top 5 or top 10 in MVP voting. (Just to give us an idea of the player's caliber).

I'm lovin it!

First off I want to say that these additions look so great and I chose a good time to get into OOTP. The first version I got was 5 and now it looks like I'm going to get the mother of all baseball games, but I have one question. Will there be compensation picks? If it's been answered then sorry, but I had been wondering that

And Markus is answering my questions too. This combined with my little adventure this afternoon make this the best day ever!

...there's one thing I didn't notice i would hope is added but is understandable if it isn't, but it's the only major thing seperating this from true baseball. Arbitration/Compensation to free agents. Markus, do you think it might be possible to offer arbitration to your leaving FA's, and they either accept/decline, if accept you get stuck with arbitration (either just a number assigned if it's too difficult, or both you and the player submit a number and whichever is deemed closer to the "ideal" number by the game wins), and if decline, you get a draft pick from the signing team.

For the all-star team question, when looking at their career numbers, if it says, CHC,NL for a year, that's a year they made the All-Star game.

Edit: I'm so happy, I can't spell.

Screen 10 looks fantastically promising. The ability to mold your FA or draft class would be fantastic!!

Will we be able to turn off Free Agency but still have the Financial system on? Would be great for anyone who does historical leagues.

Well....you once again have gotten me looking forward to the new version even more than I thought I would....

Great stuff....and I get the feeling you wanted to give some features to a wider group of playing styles (historical vs fiction/real)...nice.
