King -

Peace, sounds good to me.

I can only promise you that we are doing our best and sometimes it just does not go as planned.

Jim sent me a sincere apology via email and I respect him for that. He needs to take the criticism he gets with a pinch of salt. No need to get stressed out over it. If you treat your potential customers respectfully (even if they are annoying) then they will respect you back ....... The king has left the building

I don't know why I'm getting into this thread at all but I will add my two cents.

1) I've criticized the development and marketing (more the marketing) of the game. I've never been attacked or criticized by the Trunzos or Dale. Dale has been good about answering/debating some of the marketing points. I don't think it ever went below the belt. There might be something to how you criticize.

2) I've also seen Jim's level of frustration bubble over on the board (not to me personally but in general) and said to myself, "Wow, that may not be the best move for customer relations." They have worked hard and frustration levels can be high. Jim has been pretty open with information and the same criticisms over and over (justified or not) has to get old.

3) The board seems rather sensitive right now on all sides. Society in general gets a little to worked up over getting dissed. Sometimes you have to let everyone blow off a little steam, ignore those that have other motivations and just move forward.

This post is not about anyone in particular and is not dissing anyone, just some observations.

Well said.

I personally feel ashamed at some of the remarks that I had made earlier today and have come close on several occasions to deleting them accordingly. I suppose that what it comes down to is that it is really easy to get caught up in the heat of the moment regardless of where your loyalties are. Those that let their emotions take over because of the constant complaining are no different than those that do the same because of the wait.

After allowing some time to pass and my head to cool down it all seems so ridiculous to have participated in the crossfire. My apologies to those that were involved as well as the rest of the board for having to sift through it all.
