Buttons Briggs
19th-century pitcher, reached the majors with the Chicago Cubs at the age of 20 in 1896. Pitched very poorly in '97 and '98, possibly due to arm trouble, then dropped out of the major leagues. Re-emerged to pitch well in 1904 and 1905, then disappeared again.

Ed Correa
Posted 4.23 ERA for the Texas Rangers in 1986 at age 20. A hard-thrower with control trouble, like Sabathia, Correa blew out his shoulder in 1987 and never pitched in the major leagues again.

Johnny Podres
Started 18 games for the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1953 at age 20. Overshadowed by Koufax and Drysdale in the late 50s and early 60s, but a decent, occasionally excellent, pitcher. Career record of 148-116, with ERA+ of 105.

Dave McNally
Went 7-8, 4.58 for Baltimore Orioles in 1963 at age 20. Note that his ERA+ was just 77, compared to Sabathia's at 103. One of the weaknesses of the Similarity Score method is that it doesn't account for differences across eras, so we have to make a mental adjustment for that. McNally, like Podres, was successful and sometimes outstanding. Career record of 184-119, with ERA+ of 106.

Cannonball Titcomb
Started 12 games for Philadelphia in the American Association and New York in the National League at age 20 in 1887. Pitched well in 1888 at age 21, then got hurt in 1889. Came back to post mediocre numbers in 1890, then disappeared.

Bullet Joe Bush
Went 15-6 for the Philadelphia Athletics in 1913 at age 20. Lasted in the majors until 1928, with several excellent seasons, but also some very poor ones. One of the harder throwers of his day, but hampered by control troubles at times. Career record of 195-183, with ERA+ of 99.

Mickey McDermott
Pitched as a swingman for the Red Sox in 1949 at age 20. Had control trouble, but pitched pretty well for the Sox and Senators throughout the early 1950s. Faded quickly and fell out of the major leagues by the time he was 30. Career mark of 69-69 with ERA+ of 105.

Catfish Hunter
Pitched as a teenager for the K.C. Athletics in 1965 and at age 20 in 1966, posting below average numbers but holding his own. Broke through with strong season in 1967, developing into a durable inning-eater and marginal Hall of Famer. Career marks of 224-166 with ERA+ of 104. There are superior pitchers who didn't make the Hall, but he was the best pitcher on this list.

Joe Coleman
Started 22 games for the Washington Senators in 1967 at age 20. Another hard thrower, he exceeded 280 innings four consecutive seasons for the Tigers in the early 1970s. He paid for that with an early exit from the game, being washed up by the time he was 30. Career record of 142-135 with ERA+ of 98.

Virgil Cheeves
Started 22 games for the Cubs in 1921 at age 20. He pitched well in 1922, then hurt his arm in 1923 and drifted to the minor leagues.

Let's cut the two 19th-century guys, since conditions in the game were radically different then. That leaves Correa, Podres, McNally, Bush, McDermott, Hunter, Coleman, and Cheeves. Breaking this down further:
