I haven't lowered the color depth on either machine. My desktop PC is set to True Color (32-bit), and my laptop is set to High Color (16-bit), so that's not the culprit, either.
It's a simple matter to re-save the files as 16-million color files with the settings that worked for you, so I can do that tonight or tomorrow and update the files. I'll post back here when I've updated the sets, then you can try 'em out and see if they're working the way I expected them to. ![]() BTW, thanks for letting me know about the problems you were having. It sure beats being known (behind my back) as the guy whose logo sets don't work. --Eriq. |

Funny thing is that I just lowered my machines display properties and your original logos looked as expected.
Once the display properties are reset to High Color then the problems come back. Once I run the logos through the process of increasing the depth and changing the output minimum to 5 then they look great again. Go figure. BTW, I'm glad that you didn't think that I was trying to be picky. I really am just trying to help. |

O.K., really. This time they should be fine.
![]() I changed the output levels per Courier's earlier post, and hopefully, the sets will work now for everybody. ![]() Let me know if they're still acting funny, of course. --Eriq. |

At this point I would feel guilty to tell you anything other than that they look great.
I will however check them out and let you know my honest opinion. They really are cool logos to begin with so that certainly isn't an issue. Here is hoping for the best. |

Eriq,
I have double-checked each logo in all 7 sets and did not find a single transparency issue with any of them. Perfect. Two thumbs up. Job well done. Keep up the good work and all that other jazz.

![]() Thanks for all the positive feedback, guys. It's nice to know the work is appreciated. And here's a sneak preview of the set I'm in the middle of, and hope to have finished sometime this weekend: --Eriq. |

You will be happy to know that there were absolutely no transparency issues just as you had expected.
![]() Once again, nice work. |

And here's one more, before I run out of ideas!
Glass! The black background is NOT transparent...I was getting a lot of jagged edge lines that way, so I decided to put it on an opaque black background. If I can think of anything better, I'll post an updated set. Enjoy! |
