Maturity Matters

Immature behavior isn't limited to young people. But there are several threads active right now where kids have done childish things. One threatened to hack a web site. Another is about GM's having spats over continued ludicrous trade offers from a young owner. And then this one.

Maybe they should send a bottle of beer to everyone who buys the game so purchasers would have to prove they are 21.

Just wondering if there's been any new development on R2C...

and just so no one thinks I'm deceiving them... I'm only 16. But if you want proof of my maturity and dedication, etc, etc, yadda, yadda, I believe I wrote the most team articles in R2C's short existence (I was the Red Sox).

While you're investigating me, if you wouldn't mind, could you check out the spreadsheet I made to compare batters? (its in the Mods forum)

Thanks
-Henry (my real name!)

Nothing new on R2C Henry . . . looks like it's dead, although I'm not willing to totally give up.

I was the Tampa Bay owner in R2C . . . and even though I was sucking, I was still enjoying it.

For what it's worth, myself and the LA owner in BABBL (the other league that Jay/Corey abandoned), managed to save the original BABBL league file (William still had it on his computer).

The league finally played it's first couple of sims, and is coming along nicely.

We do have one opening at the moment, for the New York Knights franchise.

If you're interested in joining, have a look at the NY Knights on the league home page (www.bornagainbaseball.com) and let me know.

You can email me at dtilstone@cox.com if you're interested in the team.

(The page will get better and better as I get more used to FTP and what not, we've only just begun!).

I remember you well from R2C - you wre definetly one of the, if not the most active GM, and BABBL would love to have you!

Lemme know.

Cheers.

Dave
