Here are some of the files that I am using as reference. The players I plan to include is a csv file so you will want to open it up in something that will list it as a table or else it would be difficult to read. I used MSworks which isn't as a very common spreadsheet program so I figured it was safer to use a csv file. In most cases the handedness and DOB of the players' are made up, it was somewhat difficult to find all the info of this for the players (especially since I can't read Japanese
). And the ability that I have listed is just a guess, I used some short bios as refence, so a guy that I have listed as avg, HR led the league in average and homers a couple of times but by no means lit up the league. The html file that I have included is a shortened version of Jim Albright's top Japan players. I removed some of the players that I had no plans of importing to make things easier to fine if I needed to quickly find some info for a player when I was creating him. I have the original html file referenced in a text file so that you can check out the whole article and there are some other interesting articles there about Japanese baseball and the Negro Leagues. |

Ahh, my grandfather who was in the advanced state of Alzhiemer's while I grew up so he didn't really seem to know me before dying in 1986. Hopefully his new life will lead to better things.

Thanks, AngelinOF. I will start adding them around 1950. As for everyone else keep listing your names and you will be added in order as the seasons progress.

When possible, I'd love to honor my grandfather. I am not certain, but I think he was born in 1923.
