The lag is usually up to a day, but it looks like there's an issue with the player level data getting pushed from our stats provider being further out of date than that. We've reached out to them to get this corrected asap.

This looks like it's not even getting to the game's code, so there's probably an issue with the install here.

I would recommend first of all that you verify the installation on Steam

(Steam client > right click on OOTP > properties > installed files > verify this games files are installed correctly)

It's okay it works I put the Mac update in 26.4 because I was in 26.3.1. I don't know if that's the cause but I restarted my Mac I reinstalled the game and it's working again.

This should be fixed now, we got an updated data push from our provider. (The issue with players not having the full year's stats in Live Start).
