OOTP 27 Is Launched

I'm really not liking the UI at all so far. I think the bars are too thin

I'm using the app downloaded from steam. After closing the game, the next time I try to start it says, "error game already running." Opening task editor it doesn't show the app running. The only way to restart the game is to reboot the computer.

The problem when you close the game is the steam client doesn't shut down. I have end the steam client in task manager to restart the game without rebooting. This never happened with previous versions.

I have deleted previous download links and even watched the file update as it downloads and then open it. I have tried removing the previous version of the application prior to download and that has not changed anything

Resolved. Apparently "ejecting" the installer is also required.

In 3D play if you start at twilight, it doesn't get dark. I started a game at 7:05,
at 10:48 it was still twilight. One reason I upgraded to 27 was for better graphics and so far I'm not seeing it.

I am having issues.
I preordered ootp 27 and received a receipt with my key number.
I filed that in a folder with receipt emails of previous years.
Using main Mac server I downloaded the new ootp release and was able to get it in applications, then open the new version through applications.
I then tried to open game with key but got a notice saying number was not compatible and would not open.
In looking closer I saw I had tried to use ootp26 receipt.
I have the receipts from previous years all in this folder. I know I filed the ootp27 receipt here since I had seen it there several times since my preorder.
However, I can not now find the ootp27 receipt email in either my inbox or that folder - it is like it has disappeared.
I don't know what is going on, so was wondering if I could be sent a new receipt email with proper key so I can see if the 27 download will work for me?
Sorry for the hassle, I just don't know what has happened.

Matt, my change request list of not having same person (Harry Wright, etc..) be both a manager and a player has still not been implemented. I have asked ::-) for years that a player-manager is 1 'card' - player and or manager. Not two different 'cards' - Harry Wright manager on one team, Harry Wright player on a different team. Unfortunately this did not work because I can't find the email my original key number was included in (receipt email). I don't have any idea where that email disappeared to so have no license key to go by for anything.

That site, the portal, will resend the email to you.
