Thank you for adding the "double current weight" as an option to historical import dialog. I've tried it, an especially with neutralized stats, the player's production has become closer to realistic. For those of us who like games with teams from different eras facing each other, it is a good step in the right direction, and I look forward to updates in future patches as well!

Paths can get confusing, I know, and they will be a little different for everyone, but if you follow those steps it should work. The key is getting the construction kit parks into the individual saved game folder you're working with.

This is what I have done. This may be intuitive for you, but not for me. Did you know there are two sets of .sc files? One in data, one in default data. I think the same is true for the target folder. Also, should I move the folder with the .sc files, or just the files? I need by step-by-step guide. When someone is an expert in something, sometimes they have trouble explaining to a novice. What seems super easy, barely an inconvenience to you, can be super hard for others. Like I said, I have a workaround, I'll just keep using it. But my bigger issue is that I shouldn't have to move files around in the first place; you should have figured a fix out in the first place.
