I love using your quickstart and I adore the mockups that Daniel Saline originally made so I decided to make them in Out of the Park to get the full experience, just with UA instead of Nike to be a bit different from the real MLB + team backgrounds to add a little flavor .

Here are the Arizona Sidewinders, who has a basic white home, 'sand' away, and a green away alternative for their uniforms.

I'm super keen to dive in and give this quick start a go.
I've a few questions that I'd be grateful for those who may have thoughts or experience could respond with advice.

Are there any tips or things to let a quick start newbie who to date has only really played with historical not fictional to take note of or ensure to do or not do as the case may be?

I must admit to not understanding how to interpret the usbl masterlist spreadsheet or how I'm meant to use it or fully interpret it. Is anyone able to shed any light?

Are there any settings or things i must do each year. (e.g. i note inflation is set to 0%- do i need to change that manually at certain intervals?)

I also note that scouting is set to 100% accurate. Are there any problems or issues changing that to normal?

Similarly am on safe ground presuming nothing will explode if i check the box to enable the draft combine? (which is currently switched off)

any other do's and don't or rookie mistakes to avoid with these things would be particularly appreciated

Dropping in to answer these questions.

1. The master list spreadsheet isn't anything you have to worry about if you don't want to. It was just the way I tracked everything I did in the league and how I did it in case anyone wanted to replicate the USBL on their own.

2. All settings should be good for future simming unless anyone has flagged possible mistakes I made.

3. 100% scouting can be turned off and you can add the draft combine. I wasn't sure if that slowed simming at all when I was creating the league's history.
