Ai firing head coaches after 1 game - Page 2

It is strange: when I import your save, everything is just fine and going into the second season there is no problem with fired HC´s all the time.

But I noticed that your HC´s don´t have set prefered tactics as well, that was initiated at the same time during import, so I have no idea what went wrong with your import (you used the normal way to import the save using "Import from FHM 10", right?).

Anyway, I fixed your save and uploaded it. I sent you a PM with the download link...

WHAT? Odd. I used the import from FHM 10 thing..... Then again Jeff did say they didn't fix it in a patch because it was so rare. Anyway thanks for the fixed save. I'll gladly take a year behind over not having 57 firings in 2 weeks. Will this happen to my main Blues save? that one i haven't played in a while.

Just to be clear: I fixed your first save (the one in 2026), so you don´t lose any time. Hope that was correct...

that's perfect. Was able to copy those .dat files from that save to my current one and it worked like a charm. My only question is what would happen to any other saves? Now if you excuse me I have a cup to defend.

If you import another game to FHM 11 you can easily check if it worked as intended:

1. HC´s should all have prefered tactics in FHM11 after the import.

2. All HC´s should not have "Thin Ice" job security.

Okay. I checked my main blues save. Coaches all had blue job security. As for tactics. Anaheim's HC had defensive preferred tactics. My Houston team had offense tactics so i THINK its safe?
