every league level is likely to have 1 short league because the numbers don't always divide by 30. I don't like short leagues either, but do you have a suggestion as to how to force entries to always be divisible by 30? One idea would be to promote some 110+ win teams that didn't get past the division series so that all the levels above rookie were at 30.
As far a garbage card drop, opinions vary, but traditionally the best cards don't start to get released until late summer. Meanwhile, you haven't gotten all the best cards that currently exist, so you still have time to catch up. They are actually helping you with drops like today's.

1st couple years PERFECT TEAM universe was loaded with as many leagues as other leagues. Been steadily going down to now just 1. As far a drops and teams, most every team has same cards as everyone else. In leagues you'll see a certain hitter or a pitcher dominating the leaders boards bc everyone got the same ole same card.

only 72???? That is outstanding!! If you just played that you will get to gold eventually. NO $$$$$$ required at all. If you got 500K you are doing better than me and I'm not moaning. I am simply waiting. It's plainly obvious as F2P you can't keep with league meta and all the other tournament metas.
So you wait and wait and wait. Until prices come down and PT Elite mission set is released. By then you might have 2M and then you can pick your spots and build a decent diamond league team with PT Elite and 2nd tier perfects. If you have the skill to pick the right spots. No pack luck required. No $$$$ required-- just collect free twitch drops, login every day, sell duplicates raise PP the old fashioned way by playing the game skillfully..

As I remember, the number of Perfect Leagues was reduced to one a couple of versions back - and not because there wasn't enough teams, but because the audience thought that level should be more elite.

At that point I totally gave up ever reaching Perfect, and the competition for Diamond was thus increased so I figured a short visit was the best I could do.



With v25 however, Gold is the best I can do and I'm not sure I can stay there very long either.

As far as this season right now, I'm quiet sure I'll be droping from Iron to whatever below Iron. I'm not gonna give in to getting every card every other team has. Worse card ever release is the new Chase Utley card. I'm mean Utley hitting .342 35 Hr & stealing 100+ bases yearly...Farce

But OOTP won't let me use my Live Cards to reach 100% chemistry. And on my computer the chemistry is always higher by a lot. I'm use my tablet almost 100% of the time and highest I can get right now 71.74 chemistry, but if I go on laptop the same lineup goes to 100% chemistry with basically same stats, wins, losses. I know using just cards from 1 MLB is not the strongest, but cards just not coming out for my team to improve, I got 3 100's but in reality should be mid 90's at best. I don't have enough 100, 90's or 80's to fill out a 26 man roster. OOTP not for the little guys. So I'll keep floundering on. Lol

I doubt I'll ever reach GOLD, but good part is i'm building up career stats & points
