I don't think you are being earnest but I did actually make a fictional Kenyan team. And tehsugi put a whole league in South Africa, referencing the country that the game used to replace the redacted league.

It's the Tokyo team named after a train, with a much simpler color scheme. Logo is from here, they have absolutely everything, and I might go back for something else, because a team with a name like this needs several rebrands in its history. I think this is the 80s-90s version?


I added little trains to the letters for one of the small versions

This would be an expansion team, an independent, or a defunct team - I always liked and used to use a Robins team which you can find on this board, a prior incarnation of the [Kanagawa body of water giant energy sources], so I thought I would use the name.

I'm not sure if I had to post all of those? They look ok in the game, the hat probably should have been blue. The uniform is based on the Rays alternate with the glint.

Sapporo Duelists, the two stars are from the mons/symbols for Hokkaido and Sapporo. I drew this sword (simplified from here). I tried to give it a bat handle, which looked terrible, so I settled for a little bat tape/grip section.


The little side panel is inspired by the current team. In this one, it represents blood

The Osaka Curses. I don't think I'm going to top tehsugi's Kansai Cubs, or Brendan's Osaka Otters, but here is another option that is, um, pretty close to an existing team.


The hard-luck rivals of the Tokyo Blossoms, they adopted a black cat as their mascot. I used these images before, for the Baltimore Ferals, but I think they work better for this Osaka team. (I will just have to make myself a new Baltimore team )



(rejected idea: the Osaka Colonels, some kind of humanoid chicken like this)

Those names would rhyme in English and could then use a recolored KC Royals monogram, since lots of Japanese teams use American logos.


The Kinki Curses perhaps too stupid

The Keihanshin Curses get the KC logo of the KC Monarchs, because the Royals didn't exist yet. Giving them a Negro Leagues logo also plays up the underdog/overdog, "Boston/NY", Osaka/Toyko baseball relationship.

I will make uniforms occasionally, maybe, but I don't think I have the eye for it. These are obviously mimics.
