How do the Choice Packs work? Downloaded and installed the patch, but didn't get a pack upon login.

Or move the start date back to what it was for your next season. Unless of course you are dead set on playing as close to current real life rules as possible, which is a good reason to leave it as is.

As for me...

My game is now fictional through attrition starting in v4 and importing all the way to v25. I like to follow real life settings as closely as possible, but I'm not moving my Complex League start dates back to May. I may not understand all of the reasons they moved this back in real life, but I do understand that in real life they have ways to work with incoming players other than the complex leagues. OOTP doesn't really give us that so keeping the start date in June seems reasonable to me. YMMV.

Doesn't look like the scouting discoveries dominating the top prospect list has been fixed.

9 of the top 10 prospects are still 16-17 year old scout finds, and I'm only in June 2024.

Anyone have any insights in what Issues were fixed within the Historical Database from today's patch? I'm trying to decide if I should restart my historical league or not, started in 1901 and up to 1913.

It should be improved for new discoveries, but if you had played before, the old ones were not changed.

We'll revisit some of that again too I'm sure over the coming weeks, perhaps there are changes to how the top prospect lists are generated too that would improve the matter.
