Everything will be reset, including unopened packs, as described in the PT launch plan.

So the award packs we got from the preorder as well and any cards we receive when we open them will be gone as well? If so, will they reset upon launch on Friday? Don’t want to lost my reward for pre ordering packs, so want to make sure

The cards you got in the first set of rewards packs will disappear, but you'll get the bonus packs back again, and this time whatever you get you will be able to keep.
