Marlins now available, just past the ASB 2027
Marlins - Currently 40-63, a rebuild as early as next year or plan further out. 2 good players signed to long term contracts, the rest are arb eligible or on min salary. 7th ranked farm. Great team to take over for a rebuild. Trade deadline still a couple sims away so if someone gets in soon they could start on the rebuild early.

Brewers available, currently in the 2027 playoffs
Brewers - 76-86 in 2027, did not make the playoffs. 7th ranked farm, in need of a rebuild and they have the farm to do it.
