Also any thought on why we can't see all teams transactions in complete transactions in this other online league I am in. Here is that file: https://statsplus.net/sbl/files/sbl.zip It is working in the league (LOTP) I help run but not this league (SBL) which is strange since in the league I help run it's set to none for keep transaction log on global setting page, so seems like that isn't the setting for that. Lastly were you able to fix those last two cosmetic issues (minor league page and staff role page). Thanks Will! |

Not fixed
I can tell you that I just moved our online league from 23 to 24 and the issue with CASH being moved over is not fixed.
The starting balances are completely off from what 23 shows and when we import it into 24. We also found that retention from contracts a season ago are being incorrectly carried over. See the difference below. The first image shows Arroyo's retention as it shows on the same game date in OOTP23. The second image shows OOTP24. It added retention to the 2042 year out of no where for a weird amount too: ![]()

Poonox24 - have you simmed any days in 24 yet? I ask because Arroyo 2042 season could have been a team option and sometimes the game messes up on that and will give the team retaining that retainment amount after they accept it. With cash, they took away cash in OOTP 24, it's only available budget space, so all the money between budget and cash are put into one number. Allows teams to thus trade available budget space as cash

And obviously you can get rid of that retention for 2042 by going into the player's edit section in commish mode and just clicking the clear all retention button or something like that.

Obviously be great if they would fix the retainment on Team Option thing. We had one of those for us this offseason too. It should always be that the team who has the player should be on the hook for the team option, not the team who traded the player with retainment.
Figured I'll post some screenshots of that here: OOTP 23 retained player: https://ibb.co/RQfhDgb OOTP 24 retained player: https://ibb.co/bsM48Ps OOTP 23 team salaries: Angels (team with player): https://ibb.co/j567HtX Mariners (team who traded player with retainment): https://ibb.co/WPpDHg3 OOTP 24 team salaries: Angels (team with player): https://ibb.co/bdbnRxz Mariners (team who traded player with retainment): https://ibb.co/NZYckZV Obviously Oscar Carrero is the player in those screenshots. I feel in real life it's actually more common for the retaining team to cover the buyout, but not the actual full salary of that season if the team decides to accept the team option. The crazy part here is if the team with the player rejects the player they get charged the TO, but if they accept it, it sometimes gets put on the previous team who had the retainment on the player in the previous seasons. Clearly doesn't make sense. Last edited by mattsamuelw; 05-18-2023 at 01:45 PM. |

Regarding the IAFA stuff, it should be fixed in this patch or next I can't remember. But you'll know if it's fixed if you go type in 5mil into the IAFA settings and then check the league international free agents screen. If you change the cap to 5 million before the next period begins then there will be no penalties on teams. Even if it's already set to 5 million in the settings please just re-type 5 million into the settings so it refreshes.

Ya I noticed IAFA pool money seemed to be working properly in the new beta when I downloaded it and tried it real quick. I had to switch back to the previous full patch though since the beta deleted my minor league contract offers in FA, so have to wait for full patch to see the affect of the IAFA changes permanently if you guys are able to figure out why the minor league contract offers got deleted after updating to the beta. Thanks for fixing the IAFA pool money for us!

We cleaned up some of the conditions, so please have a look again when we post the next patch (should be later today). Hopefully that shouldn't clear out the offers. If you still notice it is, please let us know and upload your league files and we'll have another check.

And just so you have it, this is what it looks before me adding the new beta today: https://ibb.co/Vwbjr04 And this is the case with other teams too, not all though, but there are definitely decent amount. Here is the league file of this on that day in game (2/18/36): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1p02...ew?usp=sharing Also I figured I'd add here that I posted about some other things on the bug forum too. The one that might relate to this thread I started awhile ago is something with ticket prices here that seems to be causing our league (LOTP) good amount of problems. It is related with the stuff I was talking previously about with revenue/budget too: https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=347403 I thought this screenshot would be useful on that issue. This is to show the Approx. Revenue Range is still $134.9M - $282.6M which is the same as I showed you at start of the offseason when ticket prices were high and you thought that was affecting budgets/revenue decent amount. But even with ticket prices lowered from the high playoff ticket prices at start of offseason that number is still the same and way lower than the $126.7M - $314.2M in OOTP 23 at start of offseason. Anyways here is the screenshot of the Approx. Revenue Range on the current date in game now (2/18/36): https://ibb.co/HXT1JDS |

Downloaded the new patch and it's still has random offers showing up. All rejected at least. Here is another screenshot showing it. This one is from another league I am in to show it's happening in multiple leagues and teams: https://ibb.co/x2r9VkX
