Your issue I haven't been able to reproduce, unlike the other problems that were reported in this thread. So, it's possible the issue is specific to your device.

So i purchased seasons on my galaxy phone .. is there a way these purchases can be transferred to the app on my tablet?

The restore should work if it's on the same OS (i.e. as long as you're on the same Google Play account or App Store account). A couple things that might be causing this error;
-You're not logged into a Google account on the second device
-You're logged into a different account on the other device
-There's a connection issue with the store

On iOS there's an app called Files, and inside there you can find the OOTP Go 23 debug. Usually I just email the debug file to myself and then you can send it to me on the forums directly.

On Android you can plug the device into the computer, then in File Explorer, go to this folder
\Phone\Android\data\com.com2us.ootpbbgo23.android. google.global.normal\files\AppData\prefs\debug
and grab the file from there and send it to me over the forums as well

I am under same google account on both devices .. i guess it must be an issue with store

Maybe this is a dumb question (I excel at asking dumb question), but if we're able to successfully import our previously purchased seasons, are we safe to delete the old OOTP Go app? Is there any reason we'd need to keep it?

If playing PT 22 you may want to keep it.

Plus if you want to keep doing save with the old Cleveland logo you neec to use GO 1.0

I followed the instructions, got and entered the codes, and the 23 screen said my seasons were loaded. But they don’t appear on the list for load seasons in 23. I entered three codes in all. Got confirmation. Have tried “restore IAP” with no result. Am I missing a step? Would the most recent patch fix this? I haven’t downloaded it yet. I downloaded the others directed at this issue.

Maybe I’m confused here. I now see my previous season purchases showing up in OOTP GO 23. I can load them and start over with a sim. What I don’t see are my past season sims that I saved as “games” in OOTP GO previously. Is it just the purchases that transfer, and not the “games” or sims for those seasons? Am I in danger of losing those sims in the old version, if I can’t transfer them?

Also, FYI in the Apple App Store there is no update showing for OOTP GO 23 yet.
