okay, see if you can do better than this:

the maui monsoon of the ATHL. here's what i have right now. i mean, i like the logo i made, but it's not so pretty/streamlined, and not transparent.

Well now here's my thing...I have a historical solo league, circa 1900, but what I'm thinking is, if I make a generic request, then maybe these can be useful to others. So with that in mind, here are my needs for 8 old-style logos - primary colors, stuff that could be stitched in 1900. If you're only doing online leagues or don't have time, no sweat - but thanks for reading!

White N on black background, no accent color
Black block P on white background, no accent color
Gray I on Maroon background, accent black or none
White B on Royal blue background, no accent color
Gold block B on a purple background, no accent color
White C on a navy background, accent red
White C on a red background, accent black or none
Intertwined StP, colors at your discretion

azkyote, your GM contact page didn't load too well for me. Are you using .jpg's? I had many broken images and many that were still trying to download.

So you want just what is described? No clipart used, just an old fashioned letter...like a crop of what would appear on their hat?

very nice, Portlander. That is a lot better than what I had! Thanks! Another request, though...would it be possible to remove the words from the logo? Maybe make the cat a little larger, possibly just a C on his chest (or nothing at all)? Pretty much all the other logos in the league don't have the city name on them, and most don't even have the mascot name. Just "Hillcats" would also be great. This would also make it more universal for other leagues if they want to use Hillcats, but not Charleston. But thanks a ton for this much! I've already replaced it!

Anyone want to tackle that Vancouver Yaks one? That logo is just *so* bad! I don't even remember where I found it, but the whole thing is an inside joke between me and a Canadian friend of mine. I keep insisting there are Yaks in Canada (which of course there are not). I found that picture of a Yak and it looks like it's in a baseball diamond so...yeah, it's the best I've got. And it's not good.

You know, on second thought, I have pretty much done what I asked you to do...simple letters aren't really too exciting, are they? What I really need to do is find some simple clip art that I can forward to you to be used as old-fashioned team logos. Or a crown...if you can find a simple white crown to do on a royal blue background, that would be cool. Thanks!
