I'm looking for ways to inject cash into to league so teams will be able to spend, but I am having no luck. Any suggestions?
After the latest patch I have the opposite problem. I am in 2029, Only the Yankees with the biggest budget or over budget. The smallest budgets have 10 or more million available. That is a bit of a problem if Baltimore doesn't need to off load an arbitration eligible star because they can pay him.

Oh, I didn't think anyone was at the same level as me) and I still thought this was the last level because more nothing is happening with this one, and now I understand that I still have room to grow, in fact I'm new to this forum and in one day I learned more from here than two months of playing.

Forgive me if my tone sounds patronizing, but I deduced a while ago that this is indeed the problem - the game assumes the entirety of the draft budget will be spent until you pass the deadline and there's money left over. It does the same with unspent IAFA money until the next offseason.

Resetting with fictional financials will fix this, but it may consequently make a struggling big market team with fledgling fan interest into a smaller market with more of an average fan interest. The opposite can also be true. If you're comfortable with that possibility - meaning that the big market and small market makeup can literally change in an instant - then this is your catch-all fix. Just know it will also reset your owner goals, should you care.

You can also make all revenue available, as Biggio suggested, but that would only fix the issue for your own organization, not the entire league.

Try increasing the national media money.

The only problem with such moves, I feel, is that the teams you naturally hate (whether in the game or real life) are the teams you might give a smaller budget to.

Yes I agree with this, I actually get pleasure from the game when it is hard so I managed to spend it all and start from 0, so it will be more interesting)
