Matt Arnold OOTP Developer Join Date: Jun 2009 Location: Here and there Posts: 15,819	FYI for anyone else who comes across this, it can happen if something gets corrupted in the user.dat file, that has a habit of disabling the popup, removing error bars, screwing up page setups, etc... So yeah, often a full reinstall can fix it, or you can sometimes delete/rename the user.dat file and have it restore all the original settings afterwards.
