FHM7 Online Settings Not Working Right - Page 2

The most likely cause is their FTP Mode not matching the server's - either Active when it should be Passive, or vice-versa.

Can't wait. I know of dozens of GMs from the OOTP world who have said they aren't getting FHM until they can do online leagues in the same manner. I'd recommend advertising the heck out of it once it's working.

Now if we could get emails done as well!

202 normally means they didnt follow the instructions, there is setup on their end!

this is the instruction set i have them follow in my league:

1. Pick an open team from #gm-roster

2. Download the file from here: ( file url )

3. WITH THE GAME CLOSED, unzip the ESL.lg.zip file to your Documents/Out of the Park Developments/Franchise Hockey Manager 6/saved_games folder

4. Next download the latest update files found in #league-file channel of discord

5. Unzip the update file into saved_games/ESL.lg/ (overwrite files)

6. Load the league and select your team's GM and click OK.

7. Select File -> Online League -> Online League FTP Settings

8. Next hit "Check Account Data File".

9. If you receive the success message, restart FHM before continuing

10. logo packs - a logo pack is not provided for this game for various reasons. i suggest downloading a 3rd party pack like this one! https://www.dropbox.com/s/w0y8rzaom2...0pack.rar?dl=0. extract the contents into the graphics directory in the E-SL save.

It's working in the open beta now. Unfortunately, we've had no feedback whatsoever on it.

There are new functions on the Setup/Options-Online League screen:

"Create and upload complete league file" and "Create and upload basic league league file" lets the commissioner upload the a new version of the league files to the ftp server when it's ready. "Complete" includes graphics, "Basic" doesn't.

"Download and update league file" is used by the individual owners to download those league files once they're updated by the commissioner.

Is one or both of those not working for you? What exactly is happening when you try to use it?

I think it is causing an error for the owners when they try to download the file.
