Per the NY Times nothing's changing for 2021. We could see a transition of some sort into the new identity in '22, but it's far from confirmed.

New Pecos League team: Colorado Springs Snowsox
(How they plan to co-exist with the Rocky Mountain Vibes is anybody's guess, especially since both leagues are indy pro ball).

I have spoken to people from the Vibes organization via my local SABR chapter recently and actually asked them about this. Apparently the SnowSox are all but a dead idea, which is sad because the logo the designed is great.
